When I finally reached the testing point they said they didn't have the equipment setup to be able to test my wife's diesel car. They charged me $9.xx for a piece of paper basically saying they couldn't test it but it was approved to be registered for another year. They also sent that over electronically to the motor vehicles division that the test was "complete" My opinion is if they don't have the equipment to test her car then going forward I shouldn't need to drive down there just to pay $9.xx. Let me pay it online and not waste my time going there just to be told you pass by default.
