Worst customer service ever!!! said they closed at 3:30 guy said if I got there by then he would help ..got there 3:20 they close @4 mind you ... they were helping me out. Then red headed ginger guy literally came out at 3:51 with my paperwork acting like he's bigger and bad or something like he owns the joint ... as I'm on the phone trying to get my documentation so I can go home to my cousin's funeral all I'm doing is updating my travel ID and he says they usually close at 3:30 so there's nothing they can do doesn't say sorry just gives me nasty attitude\ Look shakes his head and walks away... and it's 10 minutes before they closed and they already took all my documentation... all they need was my proof of residence emailed to them which they didn't wanna wait for even though they closed 10 minutes prior .. the guy couldn't even wait nor did he have sympathy for anything what I was going through. I would not recommend anybody coming here and if you do, they will smile in your face, but I can guarantee you they don't truly want to help you out... that was very selfish of them.... If I'm being honest, that guy sat on his phone scrolled on TikTok like he was some sort of help to somebody.... I'm gonna be honest that guy never looked like he helped the soul in his life... he was rude unprofessional.. not courteous whatsoever.. I mean, I'm sure he probably treats his mother the same way I wouldn't be surprised... great way to represent desert title services let alone your self... sure he sleeps good at night knowing he ain't worth a damn sitting on his ass all day... lol if you wanna help somebody help them, don't hide behind the counter and play tough guy fr. The worst customer service ever and we've been a couple of times. This last time, we checked in at 3:45, sat for 20 minutes only to be told they were closing and what we were looking to have done wasn't an option without an appointment. The attitude of the lady (not sure if each had their own desk but the desk with the woman at on the far right) was out of this world unprofessional. Place used to be good. Went in today to register a UTV. Lady in front center desk about 60, lump on back of her neck. Short and rude. she asked if I took the online quiz. I told her no, then she said you can do it at home for free or for fifteen dollars here which I responded.I'll pay the 15 bucks as its convenient. She was shocked. Brings me to a computer and she can't figure it out. Turns to me and says they're having computer issues. This is literally 30 minutes later. Been going here for at least 10 years. Never ever again. I love this establishment. They make your life so easy when it comes to menial, administrative tasks like drivers license and title transfers. There's usually no wait to possibly a 5-10minute wait. Walked in today 45 minutes before closing to get my son's driver's license--he has passed the road test and had a permit for six months, so just the paperwork. The place was empty--no one being helped, no one waiting. With three staff looking at us with empty chairs we were told they don't do walk-ins anymore, and the next appointment is 11 days away. The irony of this is not merely that no one was being helped in the office at that time, but that my eldest son had walked in to Desert Title THIS morning--the same day--and got help to replace his license without an appointment. read more

I've been coming to Desert Title for years. It's got a beautiful lobby and comfortable waiting area with cushy chairs. Definitely does not feel anything like the DMV. I checked in and wait about 20 to 30 minutes because they were having an extra busy day. So glad to hear that this Third Party is thriving! It's definitely the way to go! Once it was my turn I was welcomed by Chris T who was friendly and courteous but fast and down to business. He wasted no time reviewing my paperwork, inputting the transaction, running my card and providing me with my receipt. I don't think I even was at the window for ten minutes. The lady at the desk was so nice and sweet. But the lady who did our daughter's drivers test was a nightmare. She was so unfriendly, she made no eye contact, and she terrified my daughter. My daughter was so stressed she broke out in hives. She failed my daughter for speeding. But my daughter was so confused as she didn't know she was speeding. She never speeds. On top of everything the car seat still smells from this lady. If you want a nice driver's test experience DO NOT go here. read more

Super easy! Most definitely beats going to a DMV. I went in, provided personal documents, and came out.

I was the only person in Desert Title this afternoon. There were 3 ladies at the counter, 1 person checking me in and 1 lady that everyone treated as though she were the manager. Again, I was the only customer in the store; they checked me in and told me to have a seat. The lady whom checked me in began chatting with another lady from the back whom came out with brownies about eating, the manager talked to 2 of the 3 ladies sitting at computers at the front counter--they all just kept typing away and leaving me siting there--no other customers in the store front yet they did not seem to want to start a transaction with me. Granted I only waited 5 minutes but when no one else is in the store and the workers were chit-chatting. I left as I do not feel that when there are no customers; a customer should be made to wait while they do computer work for people whom are not in the store front or while they chit-chat. In the past I have always had good service at this location. I will give them another shot in the future but today I received very poor customer service. read more

Make sure to call multiple times to make sure they're actually giving you the correct information. One employee will tell you you need specific paperwork, then you'll wake up early, take time off of work, wait 30 minutes after check in because there's only 2 employees working the desks, to arrive and have another employee say you actually don't need any of the paperwork the original employee said and you actually need something completely different. I'd avoid this location to save yourself the headache and wasted time. read more

-Please Read- Desert titles is by far the worst places you can go to. My father passed and my mother is bedridden. We have been trying to sell his truck for money to help with bills. We were desperate and in a time crunch. Desert title said They needed original paperwork from our court for our estate. Which is physically impossible to possess an original copy of. They blatantly went out of their way to make our lives miserable. Simply because they did not want to help us. We ended up going through another third party with the same information and they helped us. This is an honest review, it happened the 23rd of April just as a warning for everyone out there.
