I called ahead to inquire about the service I needed and they said to come on in. I didn't have an appointment, but fortunately didn't have to wait long. Once it was my turn, the process was super quick. It took no more than ten minutes. I paid around $120 and received the new title in the mail within a couple of weeks. The man who processed it was pleasant and helpful.

People with appointments or walk ins can check in at one of the kiosks in the lobby. You then will be directed to which line to wait in. (A B or C) I was called to the counter at 9:26 am and left the building at 9:39 am. Carmen was knowledgeable and kind. She reviewed my documentation, I signed the paperwork then she took my photo.Completed, in record time! Now I'm hoping to see if USPS comes through just as efficiently. ;)

The entire process took about five minutes, start to finish. I almost couldn't believe it. Drew was completely on top of things helpful, efficient, and clearly paying attention to the flow of customers. What really surprised me was the lack of a line. This location is usually extremely busy, but on this particular visit, most people were on the ID and driving test side. Just a warning to parents who are going to get their kids licensed. It is not a points based system…read moreit is a pass/fail. So if you're child makes one mistake they fail. I've taken my two boys here for license 5 months apart and they both failed first test over one mistake. You have to pay again until they pass. My older daughter went through the DMV and it was a point system so easier to pass and free. If you're going here because you think it will be more convenient DONT! It's almost a guaranteed first fail so you will be back paying the next day. Also, people here are even more rude than the DMV. You kinda expect it at the DMV but here you're paying so you'd think they'd be a little nicer.

You may check in up to 15 minutes early. Otherwise it will direct you to a longer line if you don't have an appointment or arrive earlier. I got a new photograph taken, went over some personal information, signed one document and paid my fee. I have a temporary license. Boom, I was done! They have their own parking lot.
