I called ahead to inquire about the service I needed and they said to come on in. I didn't have an appointment, but fortunately didn't have to wait long. Once it was my turn, the process was super quick. It took no more than ten minutes. I paid around $120 and received the new title in the mail within a couple of weeks. The man who processed it was pleasant and helpful.

People with appointments or walk ins can check in at one of the kiosks in the lobby. You then will be directed to which line to wait in. (A B or C) I was called to the counter at 9:26 am and left the building at 9:39 am. Carmen was knowledgeable and kind. The entire process took about five minutes, start to finish. I almost couldn't believe it. Drew was completely on top of things helpful, efficient, and clearly paying attention to the flow of customers. What really surprised me was the lack of a line. This location is usually extremely busy, but on this particular visit, most people were on the ID and driving test side. I've taken my two boys here for license 5 months apart and they both failed first test over one mistake. You have to pay again until they pass. My older daughter went through the DMV and it was a point system so easier to pass and free. If you're going here because you think it will be more convenient DONT! It's almost a guaranteed first fail so you will be back paying the next day. Also, people here are even more rude than the DMV. You kinda expect it at the DMV but here you're paying so you'd think they'd be a little nicer.

Then red headed ginger guy literally came out at 3:51 with my paperwork acting like he's bigger and bad or something like he owns the joint ... as I'm on the phone trying to get my documentation so I can go home to my cousin's funeral all I'm doing is updating my travel ID and he says they usually close at 3:30 so there's nothing they can do doesn't say sorry just gives me nasty attitude\ Look shakes his head and walks away... and it's 10 minutes before they closed and they already took all my documentation... all they need was my proof of residence emailed to them which they didn't wanna wait for even though they closed 10 minutes prior .. the guy couldn't even wait nor did he have sympathy for anything what I was going through. I would not recommend anybody coming here and if you do, they will smile in your face, but I can guarantee you they don't truly want to help you out... that was very selfish of them.... If I'm being honest, that guy sat on his phone scrolled on TikTok like he was some sort of help to somebody....
