I wanted to buy a car from out of state and had received conflicting info from MVD offices about what needed to be notarized. The blonde lady greeted us and checked her sheet then cleared up that question. She asked if I wanted a price quote and I gave her the VIN. I now had all the info I needed. Bought the car, came back and the fees were exactly as quoted. Took under 10 mins for an out of State transfer, new plates, sticker and registration. I've been a client of this business for about 2 years. It is *SO MUCH* more convenient than going to the MVD. I used to renew online but one time I never received the new tags. That perturbed me. This place is great if you like going somewhere 3 days in a row and told they're not taking any more walk ins an hour before their posted signs and voicemail say they stop taking walk ins. Unlike other third party dmvs this place will not go out of their way to help you out at all. They're under staffed and don't have a supervisor on staff so they are unable to do certain transactions which may leave you without the ability to legally drive your vehicle even though all your paperwork has been 100% correct the whole time. It should also be noted that the receptionist told me their reason for not taking any more walk ins was their wait list was too long and people were waiting in their cars, to my surprise when I got outside the parking lot was empty. She just wanted to go home early and doesn't care about helping paying customers at all. read more

When registering a trailer to a business or LLC, you don't have to register it as commercial. There's a certification you sign that allows for non-commercial use. Don't let them try and talk you into paying way more for commercial and non-permanent plates. read more

Wow, just left this place. Heard great things however the lady (Debbie) was the rudest person I have come across in a long time. It was as if she was mad at me as I walked through the door. By far the best third party MVD I've been to. Amazing customer service, quick and efficient. When I got there I was called up immediately by Heather. There's not much more in life I dread than having to go into the DMV. Ive been putting off registering my out of state vehicle for a while and it came time where my tags were about to expire. I did a quick search on yelp to hope, by the grace of God, that I could find a place to register my vehicle without going into the dreaded DMV. What a relief it was finding this place. I called ahead of time to ask if they could even do it and a very pleasant lady answered the phone and told me exactly what I needed! I went in 15 minutes later and walked out with new registration and a sweet USA flag AZ license plate. Whole process took roughly 20 minutes (mostly my fault because I had to go back out to my car to read the odometer) Overall... Pros: No line Great employees Very efficient Cons: They don't do Drivers licenses (not until September roughly, one of the employees had said) I'll be back once they can get me a new license! read more

As a bank employee that works extensively in the manufactured home loans sector, I have come to rely heavily on Lisa E. at Desert Title. We have used their services for transferring titles for years, but during the pandemic switched to sending titles directly to the MVD. NO MORE! We have gone back to sending all of our work to Lisa because she is a true professional. She knows the manufactured home title industry better than anyone in the business. Also, her customer service is second to none. When we have questions, she is quick to answer with thorough information. I call her the title guru, as she has proven time and again how knowledgeable she is. I hope Desert Title is taking good care of her, as I don't know what we'd do without her expertise and friendly assistance. As a side note, Desert Title handles vehicle titles with such a professional touch, and short wait times, even when they're busy. There is an additional fee to use their service, but well worth every penny for the time saved, as well as the professional knowledge and helpfulness. Everyone was fabulous and willing to coach me on the process , or offer additional services- never was I uncomfortably up sold or turned away for asking questions. If you're doing any kind of commercial or apportioned plates find someplace else to go. They require items not required in other places. We spoke to them yesterday on Friday and explained what we needed. They gave us no additional instructions when we told them we only needed to perfect the liens on the paperwork. When we arrived they required additional items and shut us down when we had to have this work done prior to Monday morning. The agent we started working with was cold and rude in my opinion. I usually work with Arizona Trucking Association and never have these kind of issues. Last time I will ever come here. read more

Desert Title was very helpful with me researching a title. I had concerns about a Vin number that was on a Cobra kit car and Desert Titles staff was able to help me find the correct Vin number on the car. The lady that I dealt with was very knowledgeable about Arizona Vin numbers. She showed me what to look for with the new Arizona Vin number that was put on the car from the previous title transfer. read more
