Not many options. I had to wait 9 months to be seen as a new patient. My NP audiologist is good and will not complain about her. I don't think this practice overall cares whether they provide good customer service since they have a lot of patients. If anyone can recommend a better one, I am all ears. Thank you.

It was time to get Moms hearing aids checked and I was so happy to learn that they have an office…read moreby me. I had been taking Mom to the Henderson location for many years. Location is somewhat of a challenge to find but with a little driving around, we found it. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist at the front desk. Melissa took us straight back for Moms appointment. Melissa checked the hearing aid batteries and cleaned them for us. While we were there, she asked if I would like to have a hearing test. I decided to go ahead and do it. The test is conducted by placing you in a square cube. They insert two plugs into each ear which delivers the sounds to the ears. We started with the right ear then moved to the left. The test was completed in just a few minutes. Melissa told me I am still hearing well which made me happy. I have been to so many rock concerts in my life with no earplugs so I know my time is coming for hearing aids, just not today. I would recommend if you live in the area and are seeking professional hearing testing or purchasing hearing aids. They have some of the best ones on the market. Everyone here is very kind and professional and Mom enjoys coming here every three months for check ups.

Guess they don't want my business, so I'm taking it elsewhere. Longer version: Found this place through my insurance coverage, was able to schedule a hearing test within two weeks, went in and got it done without any issues. The tech was polite and professional but their insurance person was gone for the day, so I was told they'd contact me after the weekend. I waited a full week, then called and left a message. I called again the next week, and spoke to someone who was not friendly and did not seem at all concerned about the situation, who said the portal to look up my insurance was down and someone would call me the next day. Four days later, I went in and asked for a copy of my test results to take them somewhere that actually wants to sell me hearing aids to address the issue I came in for! When I went to get my copy, all the staff in the front office were shooting one another looks while I was waiting for my printout, which was awkward. Arrived at 11:08 AM, filled out paperwork for over 30 minutes. The waiting room was packed, and about 8 people were outside the door on benches. Not a good sign. How many doctors do they have? Silly me, assumed I would be out of there by noon, lunch time, most offices do close for the lunch hour, I think. Anyway, I had a class at 1:30 PM and still needed to have lunch first, so I asked for my ID and Health card back. In the hour that I was in that waiting room, only one person left the waiting room after being called by a doctor or a nurse. Another woman had gone up to the desk and said she had been waiting 2 hours and would give them another 20 minutes or she would be gone. I should have known when I tried to set up an appointment that things were not right. I tried to make an appointment, put on hold only to be told they did not have my referral. I was returning their call, after they had received my referral. I was told I had to call my doctor to get a referral number. Of course that was another ridiculous attempt, being that a doctor never calls you back for 24 business hours or so, but I tried, then gave up on that. Then, Lubitz, etc. called me back again. Someone figured out I had a referral. VERY UNORGANIZED and seems like they OVER BOOK. Next time I will listen to my gut, if the phone conversations go badly, I will skip it. Next time I make an appointment anywhere I will always ask, how long will I be there? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
