We asked for my mom's previous hearing test to give to a new provider. Marnie said she can't give it to us and my mom needs a new test at a new provider. I called a new provider and they said by law we have the right to my mom's records and test results. I called Marnie and asked for test results emailed to me. I said my email slowly & clearly explaining every letter and Marnie didn't even repeat back to confirm because she wanted to avoid working precisely and doesn't care for mistakes. Marnie said I'll have it in a few minutes. I called back and left a few voicemails over the next hour and a half which as I expected, she ignored. I called from a different phone number and turns out she answered in a minute and then repeated the email and she added a digit that I did not say so she said my mom's record to a different wrong email. This is unacceptable and people's records should be handled cautiously and I said that. She didn't say sorry or care, just tried to immediately hang up. That's the service you'll get if you have to deal with Marnie. I hope they record calls so they can see how she treats people. Only half nice when she wants to say she can't do something like sending results that she by law has to instead of taking 2 minutes to send a test result. Find a different place.

Plus have to have that yucky goop injected into your ear to make the mold for the other hearing aids is unpleasant feeling too. Then you always have the battery issues. With l Lyrics you don't. They are inserted by an audiologist and you wear them 24/7 when they stop working your audiologist replaces them with a new set and you are once again able to go on about your day. Now it is a one hour window and I have to sit and wait while they examine my hearing aids. They used to give me four packages of batteries at a time now it is three. Not only that, three times the worker at the desk said that I need to get some new hearing aids. Why? mine are working fine. I have insurance that will pay $2000 on the aids but guess what? If I have insurance, the price goes up! Who does that? I have eyeglass insurance, they don't raise the price of the glasses. I guess when the time comes I will shopping somewhere else.

My hearing was damaged from childhood abuse, and I have had two ear surgeries, one in 1974 when I was 8 years old and another in 1999 when I was 27. Seeking help to hear better again was a very emotional step for me. After my first visit, I was never given the impression that my insurance would be contacted to see if any portion of the hearing aids would be covered. Instead, I started a GoFundMe because I believed I would have to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket. A week before my second appointment, I received a phone call telling me I would be able to try hearing aids for one month risk-free. My daughter and I drove to the appointment expecting exactly that. Instead, the provider told me about the Miracle-Ear Foundation and completely changed the plan. Had I been told this during my first visit, or even during the phone call, I could have avoided making the trip and getting my hopes up. As we were leaving, my daughter reminded him that I had been promised a one-month free trial. His response was dismissive, and I never received an apology for the confusion or inconvenience. It made me feel like my time didn't matter. What hurt even more was that he asked how my GoFundMe was going, which told me he knew about my financial situation and that I had been trying to raise money for hearing aids. It was heartbreaking because I had already shared with many people that I was finally going to get the chance to try hearing aids, only to find out that wasn't happening. I went home in tears. I felt embarrassed, misled, and defeated. The surgery center is across from Ikea. Upon entering, I signed in and the reception staff helped me right away. This is a good thing as some surgery centers will make you be seated before they get you checked in. Upon being called back, the nurse was very friendly and took my vitals before taking me to a bed to get prepped for the procedure. I then met with the doctor, anesthesiologist and the operating room nurses. I didn't have a long wait time and was there a total of 90 minutes from the time I arrived until the time I was leaving. I'm very pleased with the service that was provided and how friendly the staff was.

I tried calling about two weeks later and left a message with a real person. She claims she never got the message. Over the course of two weeks, I left four more voice mail messages, and no one ever returned my calls. I even tried email to the office manager, after leaving an irate voice mail. Not sure I can even rate the office staff. They were unresponsive and did not help. However, someone was eating their lunch while speaking to me. QUEEN was helpful on taking me inside and get me going with a CT scan then NICOLE came in with a smile and cared about what I concern, showed me the inside or my nose and carefully explained to me whats wrong with my sinuses, compare my scan with a normal person scan and recommended me for a " Nose Synuplasty procedure ". After the procedure with DR. Vincent Nalbone ( thank you DR ) , I went home to rest and beautifully, the office called me 2 days in a row to check if I was ok and said if ai concern about anything please give them a call. From a POV of a patient , I feel warmness in my heart as my nose healing. 2 weeks went by, I could breath normally and could smell everything including " ALL DA NASHTY THANG IN THE WORLD AGAIN " .I went in for a Post-Procedure follow up. Saw QUEEN and NICOLE again, they were lovely and gave me great news on my sinuses after a few checks. I dont understand about all the nasty review about this WONDERFUL PLACE !?!
