I purchased one of the top tier hearing aids and their selling point was that it is under warranty and if anything should happen they would send it out and provide me with loners until they are fixed. I am a single black mom, with a child who relies on my income. This was the main purpose I purchased from them as they believed in standing behind their product and supported me in not having any disruptions to provide for my child. This morning one of my units stopped working. They had me come in and said they would send it out to repair and to come back in an hour for a loner set. Once I left, they called me to say I was misinformed and that they no longer offer this service. Confirmed they never made patients aware but that the corporation HEARING LIFE purchased them and is enforcing this no matter the harm done to its patients. Is this the company you really want to get your hearing aids from? Someone who won't care what is currently happening in your life and what precious moment you could miss? They are business through and through and only care for your money. There are plenty of audiologist. I suggest going with one whom cares about your well being, not one that lies to get your hard earned money.

This is my first time at this medical office. I saw Dr. Molin…read more First and most importantly, there wasn't a long wait before being called to the back. What I mean by this is that I wasn't there in the waiting room for 2-3 hours before being called back as I have at another practice. Upon walking up to the counter, the office staff was in place and smiling when they greeted me. The young lady scanned my ID and insurance card to my file. I was handed an iPad to complete some paperwork electronically. Upon being called back by Dr. Molin's medical assistant, she took my vitals and Dr. Molin came in to the exam room within 5 minutes. During this time, I told Dr. Molin my reason for the visit. She was able to answer my questions while there. She didn't rush through my visit and allowed me to ask all the questions that I had. During my exam, she wasn't rough. I recently had a septolasty. She numbed the area before she placed her camera in my nose. I barely felt it and I wasn't in any pain from her examination. After my visit, I was able to schedule my next appointment to their other office which is closer to home. There's not a lot of parking in the parking lot since it's shared by two office buildings. Some people parked around this circle in the parking lot. All in all, I was very pleased with my visit and have recommended someone else to this office that lives nearby this office location.
