WARNING: Do NOT utilize this facility. They have changed ownership and have changed many policies without informing current patients. This has severely impacted the way they do business, the customer service and overall offerings. Many of us requiring hearing aids are very dependent on these for work and everyday life activities. I purchased one of the top tier hearing aids and their selling point was that it is under warranty and if anything should happen they would send it out and provide me with loners until they are fixed. I am a single black mom, with a child who relies on my income. This was the main purpose I purchased from them as they believed in standing behind their product and supported me in not having any disruptions to provide for my child. This morning one of my units stopped working. They had me come in and said they would send it out to repair and to come back in an hour for a loner set. Once I left, they called me to say I was misinformed and that they no longer offer this service. Confirmed they never made patients aware but that the corporation HEARING LIFE purchased them and is enforcing this no matter the harm done to its patients. Is this the company you really want to get your hearing aids from? Someone who won't care what is currently happening in your life and what precious moment you could miss? They are business through and through and only care for your money. There are plenty of audiologist. I suggest going with one whom cares about your well being, not one that lies to get your hard earned money. read more

We've been seeing Britney Barber at Anderson Audiology for so many years! We called last week and we're told she's no longer with them. My 82 year old dad is heartbroken. Britney advocated for him to receive hearing aids that he could never have afforded on his own through insurance and Medicare. She's a wonderful caring person. Give this place a pass. They don't answer their phones. Typically when you call, it rings and gives you a busy signal. I tried ALL the numbers on the website and got the same result. When I entered the office, I was given another number to ring with the same result. read more

When I was in need of a battery I was told my warranty ended a month and a half ago. That they would be happy to send my hearing aide out for a new battery which would take a week to 10 days and would cost $250. I took my hearing aide to @desertaudiology right down the street who replaced my battery in a matter of hours for $40. I found my new audiologist!! read more

I was referred to Anderson audiology for a hearing test by my ENT doctor, Anderson Audiology provided the best experience I've had in any kind of medical appointment, as a new patient I always cringe at the thought of having to fill out tons of paperwork, the paperwork they provided was mostly pre-filled by them which was much appreciated as it saved me from getting carpal tunnel from writing and filling out these forms, The front staff is incredibly friendly, professional and polite, my experience was made amazing by Dr. Joslyn Tubbs, she is The most thorough Dr. I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, she is professional and very patient, listened to all the questions I had and answered them thoroughly, I highly recommend this location for anyone having hearing issues or simply just wanting to do a yearly hearing exam, I will definitely be back for my next exam. read more

Unfortunately this office has an incompetent administrative staff. It's not worth expanding on all of the negativity of the front office employees since they need a job like anybody else. However, thousands of dollars are being spent at this business, and the uneducated administrative staff are ruining Anderson Audiology's reputation. Where did the good staff members go? Honestly, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Unfortunately, the staff at the Horizon Ridge office are totally disappointing and costly to the patient and the clinic (The worst offender is the lady in the picture). Worse yet, they absolutely no regard for their patients and take no responsibility for their mistakes and Inability to run an office. So terribly disappointing. Why did they let that they let the good staff go? Unbelievable, they brought in a bunch of losers that are running the office now. Shortly after i bought my second pair, the company was bought out and it has been downhill ever since. I work in the same shopping center as Anderson Audiology so when I had some hearing problems I called them about getting some help. I can't believe how horrible the service was! They couldn't fit me in that week so I made an appointment for the next week because I was told over the phone that they don't taKe walk-in's. I went in later that day to fill out the paperwork they told me needed to be filled out before i could be seen. Imagine my surprise when they had a sign up in the office saying they accept walk-ins and that there were no other people around waiting to be seen; just an empty office that was "too busy" to see me that week. The final straw was when I came back for my appointment and the lady behind the counter with short mixed colored hair was rude to me and told me I would have to wait at least an hour! read more

I purchased my hearing aids from Anderson Audiology. In the beginning they were very attentive, responsive, and it was a good experience. During the pandemic I did not go in for any kind of tests or follow up. Afterwards I called and made an appointment and was treated very rudely on the phone. When I went in to get batteries I overheard the same woman being very rude to a customer on the phone and then laughing when the customer hung up. I canceled my appointment and a year later or so I called to make another appointment. I waited for a couple of months to get in and then the day before they canceled my appointment. So basically I have hearing aids that are of no use to me. They need to be adjusted and I have no place to go to have that done. It's a huge expense and I'm very disappointed in this company. The audiologist is great but she also knows what is going on in the front office. Or she should know. Unacceptable. read more

Hearing aids are an "investment" these days so one must be careful where they invest their money. I am on my about my 6th set of hearing aids over the years and my second pair of Oticon devices purchased through Anderson. Britany and the staff in the Henderson office have provided excellent care and service and done whatever was necessary to address any issues. Oticon has also backed up their product and Anderson's sales. I highly recommend both. read more

Miss Christina, the lady that answered when I called was so friendly and helpful. I had a good feeling about this place after I scheduled my appointment. Going into the office I expected a normal doctors visit and that is not what I got. The staff was friendly and talked to me as I waited instead of just hiding behind the desk. This place was absolutely terrible. The front desk staff was very nice but Dr. Paul is the worst. I honestly do not know how he is a doctor. He barely could get a sentence out and was giggling the whole time. He checked my ear for wax and then did a pressure test, but literally could not answer any questions or honestly do anything. What a waste of time. How could a place like that hire him? I'm truly surprised. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

I moved my mother here from California and needed to establish her with an audiologist. She is elderly and has had chemotherapy for a long time which has diminished her hearing. She already had hearing aids. I've always seen Anderson Audiology but until now had no need for their services. One day I walked in and just inquired about whether or not they would take my mom as a new patient. The front desk staff were very welcoming and warm so I made an appointment. We met with Dr. Britany Barber and I can't say enough about how wonderful she was! She was so professional and pleasant and really took the time to explain everything to my mother and me. She took the prior reports we had from her other audiologist in CA and then conducted a new test and was able to make the adjustments necessary on her hearing aids in no time. She even helped adjust the fitting for my mother. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Barber and Anderson Audiology to anyone. The Henderson office is small and quaint, but you get true dedicated care, something that seems to be missing from general healthcare these days. read more
