Due to life and work conditions I wasn't able to check on the apartment until about a week later. There was almost no difference before and after! I paid $360 for them to clean, and showed the cleaner what exactly needed done. I was told no problem, and they were there for near 8 hours. When I tried to contact them, zero communication with management was allowed as they were "too busy", I sent pictures and talked several times with a scheduling rep who told me they were "investigating". He even tried to plead the company as veteran owned, as if that affects the quality of service and customer support (which even more of a joke as I am myself a veteran). The scheduling rep was continually changing what their so called policy is for refunds, even though the only thing on the website is "200% guaranteed" promising a refund. Walls, floors, windows, kitchen, bedrooms were all not cleaned. They said spent two hours on the bathroom and they looked as if maybe an hour total was done of work. Eventually I had to rush and spend more money to clean it myself before the end of my lease. I was told I could maybe receive a partial refund, and then radio silence. Completely joke of a company. Don't give them your business, they'll stiff you.

Javier Gallegos cleaned my living room, hallway and bedroom carpets. He had to reschedule due to…read morean emergency job that took place during my original appointment time, in which I waited for several hours before I was informed. When he came to service my carpets the next week, he was friendly but asked if he could use my water faucet in case he ran out of water. I should've sent him on his way but I had already waited 2 days for the service and was desperate to get the job over with. He ended up needing to use my water to clean my carpets. Initially the carpets looked pretty decent after the cleaning was completed. I had 2 living room windows open, ceiling fans running in the living room and bedroom as well as the air conditioner running, so that the carpets would dry faster. I left my house an hour after Javier left and didn't return for at least 4 hours. When I returned, there were extra stains appearing that weren't there before the service. It looked like brownish/yellow residue. I quickly took pictures of some of the stains and sent them to Javier. One of the stains was a straight horizontal line across my the living room. Javier became defensive and said that the stains were there because we walked all over the wet carpet or the carpet didn't dry fast enough. He also said all the stains were pee and poop stains from my dogs. Thought I did have some pee stains caused from one of my dogs before the cleaning, the residue left behind were not from pet stains. How can an animal pee in a perfect line across my living room? I have never had issues like this with other professional carpet cleaning companies. I chose Flooring concepts because they had 5 star reviews. I had new furniture delivered the next day and the carpet was still damp. I know for a fact that the carpet was over saturated from the cleaning. Several days later, I vacuumed the carpet to see if the stains would lighten. I had a difficult time pushing my Dyson vacuum cleaner over the stained areas. There was definitely some cleaning solution left behind that caused the residue. Initially I asked Javier to return to my home to take care of the issue. He agreed to come but still didn't feel like it was his fault. I made several rescheduling attempts during my days off but he couldn't make it. Finally, Javier was able to confirm a committed appointment. On the morning of my appointment I canceled due to not feeling well and decided to utilize a previous carpet cleaning company that left my carpet looking, feeling and smelling clean for a long time after service.
