    They were able to fix the sofa to my mom's satisfaction. I'm happy that they fixed it for her.

Being the beautiful table I had was bar height we needed reg height.. I was looking on Sierra living Concepts and remembered Rustic home which we had been going to look there off and on for years.. So we went in. Ash was all to wonderful to us but as I described and showed pictures of what I had and what i wanted He said No problem we can do that I am and artist.. He was always so nice to deal with. Up until he got out CC which he seemed in a hurry to get. He knew the MAIN thing I wanted was caved skirting just like my other table which he said He could do no prob hand carved from India.. Everything went to shit after he received the CC. He delivered the table in Dec. and Not only did it have rough areas it had NO skirting .. Then came the excuses for almost 8 months! Finny after calls going down there threatening small claims, Ash finally had his guy pic up the table and one chair. he said 2 days LOL well 28 days later again my husband going down there he had the table delivered. My husband went and checked it out first.. I didn't want to go because I was so angry.. Well delivery guy was great. The table and new chair Excellent! fixed the right way.. However the skirting ? This was NOT what I asked for what so ever and they didn't put new on they scrolled the skirting that was already on it... Very sad we trusted Ash and honestly he jacked us around for 8 months.. If I had only known I would have ordered from Sierra living Concepts.. over $5K and something I wanted so bad screwed up and NOT done as Asked.. I unfortunately will NOT go back.. What a shame I really liked Ash too.. but typical sales man.. I wouldn't recommend if you want a custom piece .. Sadly the nice guy seems to be the one to screw you..

He was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, resolving everything quickly and effortlessly. I wish every store operated as seamlessly and professionally as Crate & Barrel. Dalton is truly a legend at Crate & Barrel. He clearly takes great pride in his work and is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store. No matter what question you have, he has an answer. It's rare to meet someone who provides this level of customer service, and he made this one of the best retail experiences I've ever had. I hope I have the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

After using the restrooms, we started BROWSING. The walkways were a bit narrow so if you see incoming traffic by pedestrians you will have to squeeze by each other quite UNCOMFORTABLY!... SERVICE: There's no greeting and I didn't see any staff in sight except at the cashier. It looks like everyone is focused on getting the job done and DONE on out of here! SELECTIONS: 5/10 I was shocked to see sofas that are slightly damaged and/or have STAINS on them still going for almost $1,000! And that is a RED FLAG for get the hell out of here! Now I know why it's called CRATE and BARREL OUTLET!... Because LET us get on OUT of here!!!!!!!!

    I heard there was a HomeGoods opening at Las Posas but I wasn't sure when. I was in the area…read moreyesterday and saw that it was open. I had to check it out. It's a good size store in the old bed, Bath, and beyond building, I believe. Everything is very organized and clean. I hope it stays this way cause the other stores can be kind of a mess. They have a ton of merchandise everything from lamps, to furniture, to bedding, to kids items, to pet goods, to kitchen, to food, to art, to storage, to bathroom, etc. it's overwhelming but in a fun way. I didn't end up buying anything today, but I will definitely be back. I love to walk around HomeGoods and it's great for gifts.

My friend's mom was ahead of us and advanced to the check stand she was instructed to go to. We lingered behind while chit chatting, looking at the items on the way when I hear a cashier say "she can help you on 2" (repeated twice in quick succession) with a super rude tone - as we walked past her, she muttered to the guest she was helping "maybe you'd hear me if you weren't so busy chatting". I was too stunned to say anything in the moment, but excuse me? I work in customer service management and would be mortified if one of my employees made a comment like that. Do better, Spring.

    They charged me $214.43 for a restocking fee even though the product arrived to their store damaged…read moreand I was told by Debbie that she couldn't get me a perfect one. The $214.43 is more than their stated restocking fee as I bought the item on sale. I wrote customer service the following: Subject: Urgent: Refund Request for Damaged Caspian Chairside Table - Order/Transaction #W0036174 Dear Bassett Furniture Co. Customer Service, I am writing to request a full refund for a Caspian Chairside Table 6S24-0643 that I purchased for $949.00 during a sale. The table arrived at your San Marcos store damaged, and upon inspection, Debbie, a representative at the San Marcos store, informed me that a perfect, undamaged replacement could not be secured. Due to the item arriving damaged, I requested a refund. I was subsequently charged a significant amount, with $214.43 being withheld from my refund. I firmly believe that a restocking fee should not apply in this situation, as the table was damaged upon arrival and was never delivered to my home; I inspected it at your showroom. Even if a restocking fee were applicable, your standard 15% restocking fee on the purchase price of $949.00 would amount to $142.35. The $214.43 that was withheld significantly exceeds this amount, representing more than the stated 15%. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of the $214.43 that was withheld. This amount represents the difference between the full purchase price and the refund I received. Alternatively, if a full refund of the withheld amount is not possible despite the table arriving damaged and no undamaged replacement being available, I request that the restocking fee be adjusted to the stated 15% of the purchase price, which is $142.35. This would mean I am owed an additional $72.08 ($214.43 - $142.35). I expect a fair resolution to this matter. Please process the refund of $214.43 or, at a minimum, the $72.08 difference to adhere to your stated restocking fee policy for damaged goods.     Bought a custom leather couch and ottoman LESS THAN 5 years ago. Got the extended warranty which…read moredoesn't expire until Nov 2025. My couch has spots where the leather color has come off. They will NOT honor their warranty! The icing on the cake of purchasing this couch was when the manager told me he has a dog and boys that climb all over it and that he had it for 10 years and it still looked great. He even showed me photos!! DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS. I don't have kids and dogs running all over my couch. It's my husband and me. That's it! And the photos show what my couch looks like. Shame on Bassett for not honoring their furniture!!
