I personally don't think that is a valid excuse, and i was left to scramble for last minute roses on the day of my anniversary. Luckily 1-800-flowers Designs by Guzzardo's came to save the day. I paid $30 more for better product and they delivered roses to my wife within the hour. I could have paid more with this company, but their service is unacceptable . You can't have false advertisement online and then try to charge more, that's not accurate, and you're basically lying to your customers. I recommend using a DIFFERENT company when it comes to flowers, and the company that came and saved the day, is located close to where squires is. I DO NOT recommend SQUIRES.
