Make sure you clarify you dont want any substitutions in your arangement or the person who receive your gift will not get what you order and pay for ! I called Brianna's florist and complained that my arangement I ordered was not the same as they advertise on there website . I was told pretty much that it was my fault and should request no substitutions of flowers and a insensitive we're sorry , but If I want to come in today they would give me the 2 sunflowers that should have been in my ordered arangement on Friday . Over priced for not getting what I requested . $89.00 + 10.00 ballon+ 19.00 delivery + a generous tip of 10.00 to boot . I may not be a valued customer because I only use them a few times a year . The person you send the floral gift to does'nt know there not getting what you pay for unless you see it yourself . For 15.00 less I could of sent the same type of arangement with 3 roses instead of 2 cheap carnation substitution for there shortage of sunflowers ! Moral of my complaint is you dont get what you pay for and you get talked to like your just another JOE , wanting to treat a love one to a batch of flowers I could of put together myself at Jewel Osco . Purchased "Florist's Choice" flowers. I paid a total of $95 for this small arrangement. The flowers were pretty, but the bouquet was VERY small for what I paid. It included 2 roses, a couple lillies and carnations. Not worth the money. When I called to let them know that I wasn't happy with the bouquet, Holly said, "I don't know what to tell you, maybe next time call and speak to a florist instead of ordering online." I'm writing an update to this local floral shop establishment. I had a previous review, but since this place has changed ownerships, it has gone so downhill. The variety of the selection of flowers is desolate and empty. The place looks likes like its going out of business. I purchased a really small bouquet recently and the college kid working there barely knew how to put a bouquet together. He didn't cut the stems or anything. Just threw the stems together and could barely make it look appealing. What happened to the professional florists that used to work there!? The atmosphere prior was lively and refreshing, now it was stale and uninviting. So now we know why it's always empty and one car in the parking lot. For a popular corner as this is, there should be more traffic. The place used to also have $1 roses on Fridays which was awesome because they were beautiful. Gone are the days when this placed used to be a local floral shop. I would recommend to avoid this place if you can. There are cheaper and better floral arrangements you can get at the local Mariano's or even Costco at this point, for half the price of what they charge. read more

You know, sometimes you get more than what you paid for! Who doesn't love THAT? I am in California and wanted to send flowers to friends in Bloomingdale IL. I wanted them delivered by a local florist. A Google search yielded several florists. But, I fell in love with the "Parisian Wanderer" arrangement shown on Brianna's Flowers website. I called, and spoke to an extremely friendly and helpful lady. She understood what I wanted. I ordered the Deluxe size. I LOVE good customer service. It was a fun call. The order was placed. In thanking us, our friends in Bloomingdale sent a photo of the arrangement on their dining room table. I have to say, Brianna's did an extraordinary job. I wanted to surprised my GF with flowers today, and so I did my homework of local flower shops near my gf's job, and I couldn't be more happier with Brianna's Flowers. I stayed away from the usual red roses this time around and went with something more in season, and different. I selected the Fiery Lily and Rose package, which contains dark orange roses and orange asiatic lilies. In my opinion, they are absolutely beautiful. Fiery and radiant! And better yet, my girlfriend absolutely loved them. They have three different packages: standard, deluxe, and premium. I paid a little extra for premium, and I'm glad I did. I have been going to this place since my high school homecoming/prom days. My last experience pretty much sealed the deal, and I'll probably head here for all of my floral needs. Sometimes I ask extraordinarily specific or random questions to test the salespeople's knowledge or get them off my back if they are hovering. She was very fast, friendly, and efficient in asking me exactly what brought me into the shop on that day. She asked my price range and assisted in helping me create the perfect bouquet for my aunt. My wedding was on 11-2-14 and I just needed my bouquet and a few corsages and boutonnieres. I actually went to Flowers By Christine in Bartlett first since it was by my house, but they said they were too busy to talk with me and were incredibly rude :( I went to Brianna's Flowers with my mom and the two ladies working were so sweet and seemed excited to show me their ideas. I showed them a photo of a bouquet on Pinterest and they said they could do just that! I picked up the bouquet and the other items the day before my wedding and they were absolutely gorgeous! The red headed lady who assisted me was very nice and accommodating. We came in on a whim for flowers with no call or request. The lady who helped us suggested different things for us when they weren't available. The reason why I gave it 3 stars was not cause of the woman who helped us but the others that were working there. They all work in close quarters and were micromanaging this poor woman. When I asked for a certain flower a different woman who didn't even know what I wanted automatically told me no! She didn't listen to what we were talking about but inserted that they couldn't do it. I was taken back, I mean I get its Mother's Day weekend but I wanted like 5 single roses. Really not a big deal.. But after she saw my horrified face and I explained what she wanted she was like oh ok... We then asked for baby's breathe and a different woman told us we couldn't use the one she was working with. We didn't even ask for the one she was working with, it was so odd and uncomfortable. I ordered Mothers Day flowers for my mom a little early this year. They were delivered on Tuesday, and Mothers Day was that following Sunday. The 1st picture was taken the day they were delivered, the second picture was taken on Mothers Day (5 days later). They did a beautiful job with the flowers. I ordered flowers for my elderly Aunt's birthday the day before. When I called to wish her Happy Birthday at 11:00 am they had not delivered her flowers yet. I called the florist at 2 pm and was told, no they had not been delivered yet.... I was told if I had asked for them to be delivered asap they would have done that!!!!!! I chose this florist for it's proximity to the restaurant I was getting married at. I met with Hollly and she selected some beautiful fall flowers for the centerpieces and my bouquet was beautiful as well as my husbands boutonniere. Also I had to add another centerpiece the week before the wedding which wasn't a problem. Holly was great, the centerpieces were pretty although I did order one taller one for the sweet table (taller vase) but it was a short round vase like the others. The flowers were still beautiful and that's not enough to change my 5 star rating. prices are reasonable and the flowers are beautiful. Holly is very friendly and very good at what she does.
