We brought my mom's dog here one day. We came here because it was close. Ms. Desly is the owner, and was super nice to my mom's dog, Panda. She treated the dog like as if it were her own baby. She would hold it and pet it with tons of affection. You could tell she loves dogs. Her store is big, and is a great place to bring your dogs for grooming. Also, on Wednesday and Thursday there is SPECIAL SUPER SPECIAL price for bathing your pets! 50% off the regular price. Panda the little dog got the full service grooming done on her, and she came out nice, clean, and pretty. And, my mom said she smelled like young lady... sexy! LOL. This was my first time getting my seal lynx point cat a haircut. It's been hot in LA so he's been shedding a lot and would have tumbleweeds of his fur roaming everywhere at my house. Whenever I give him baths, he's very difficult to work with and requires at least 2 people to get it done, so I was worried that he would be a difficult cat for the groomers. But luckily, Desly's Pet Grooming got it done! You have to call in to set an appointment time for your cat. They don't do anything else besides shaving down the fur; so no lion cuts here. I didn't care i just wanted him shaven anyway. They said the price would be between $60-90. Since he's a bit cat with long hair, at the end the total was $80. Yeah it's pricey, but at other places, the base price is $80 so I'm not complaining. Plus they took very good care of my baby so it was worth it! There's no designated parking lot so you have to street park. I didn't have trouble finding parking spots in front of the store though. When I went during my appointment time to drop him off, I filled in some paperwork and answered some questions about my cat regarding how his temperament is and if he's gonna be easy or difficult to work with. I told them honestly that he might scratch and bite because he hates getting his paws touched and hates baths. They seemed a bit worried but assured me that they'll do their best, but if he's too difficult, they won't continue because they don't want to traumatize my cat. I thought that was really sweet and admirable of them and I agreed that it's okay for them to not continue if he's extremely difficult to work with. After all that, they took him to the back and I went back home to wait. The groomer lady (I think she's Desly? I'm not sure..) called me to let me know that they were going to start on Fynny and updated me on his status. She said she opened his carrier to get a feel of the space and he stopped meowing at that point, so she took extra steps to make sure that my cat felt safe. My cat must have picked that up because as seen in the screenshot of our text conversation (see photo), he was cuddled up in her arms with a shaven body. He trusted her and I could see that in the photo. She was extremely nice to him and that's why I give this place 5 stars. I dropped him off at 10:30am, and he ended up finishing at around 3:30pm. It took him a while because she said that he didn't seem to like the dryer at high speed so in order to not traumatize him, she doing it low and slow. Again, I reallyyyy appreciated that and the level of care that was demonstrated to my baby. I'll definitely be back here again when my cats need grooming. I took my dog to this place a few months ago after my appointment at Petco was canceled because their employee did not show up and they were not able to accommodate my dog magic. Desly answered my call and was able to take my dog on the same day! She was super nice and helpful since it was my first time ever taking my 11-year-old dog to a groomer. I was not sure how my dog would react, but she was willing to work with him and super sweet with him. They did a great job with my dog, I had never seen his hair shine the way it did that day and still have not seen it as shiny as that time. I definitely will be taking my dog there again. A dropoff is before 12 but they will take my magic before 12:30 which was super helpful since it was last minute. The pickup is at 5 pm. Definitely trustworthy and kind! read more

One of my adopted cats hates having her paws touched so naturally, claw trimming at home is out of the question. We've tried. Paw touching will generally result in scratching and biting. When she sees the trimmer, she gets as far away as possible. I was skeptical that anyone could get the job done. On the way over, I was imagining a lot of blood and hissing and even the groomers giving up and telling us to go elsewhere. Either the groomers or my cat or both would get hurt. It wasn't the case.
