Roger used to go to work with my husband so Sometimes we'd go months without bringing him in, but no matter how long in between visits, the staff always remembers him/us!!! And now that my husband has a different job, we're bringing roger 1-2 days a week! Marilyn and Sue (and the rest of the staff) are always so friendly and I know they take good care of our boy! Every time we're driving, and we turn onto Coffey rd. from Piner rd. , Roger starts whining and howling , he knows where we're going, and then when we get out of the car, he practically drags me inside he's so exited to be there!!! I love how they have webcams to see the dogs play so I can check in on him when I'm at work. It's nice that they separate the little dogs from the big dogs too!! The prices are reasonable and comparable to other daycare places around. For daycare, It's $20 for half a day (less than 5 hours) and $29 for a full day (more than 5 hours)! And a full day can be from the Time they open to the time they close!! Their hours are great too and work with most peoples schedules: M-F 6:30am-7pm and Sat-Sun 7am-7pm! Other than having a bad reaction to trazodone on our last flight, and the occasional foxtail issue, he has never had a sick day in his life. We recently used Paradise pets in a pinch because we could not book our house sitter on short notice. We were referred by a friend who planned to board his three dogs at Paradise during the same time. I felt good based on his referral and knowing my dog would be in the company of his dog park friends. Our dog stayed two nights. Before his visit he got all his vax updates and wellness check by our long time vet. Since we picked him up he has been so sick we have visited our vets twice. First for vomiting and Diarrhea. Today we went in for Kennel Cough. With the emergency visits and meds, I have paid $300 in vet bills. Bottom line, I will be looking for other options next time I need to board my dog.

From our first meeting and throughout all our training sessions, the staff at K9 was super helpful, patient and thorough. Our first meeting was an assessment with Alicia. She was friendly and kind when meeting us and our puppy. The entire front office staff was also super helpful in scheduling our assessment and the following training appointments. They worked together perfectly to help keep us on course with all our training and follow-up information. After we decided to enroll our puppy in training, the training staff (Kobie, Ashley, Sophie and Geraldine) were fantastic!! They worked closely with us to slowly train Raider. He was introduced to other dogs, learned to heel perfectly on a leash, obey commands, come on command, and sit patiently every time we stop walking. These trainers are truly exceptional! We have heard many times how incredibly well-trained our dog is. Again, we would highly recommend K9 Activity Club and Lodge.

Thankfully they were able to accommodate. At drop off I was told that I would be sent pictures and updates, and that I could text or call them if needed. I never got any updates, nor a response to my message to them. Upon pickup, I was told that my dog did well and that I would get a report card and pictures of her stay. I didn't receive either. The apparent lack organization/reliability doesn't make me feel comfortable trusting my dog in their care. To top it off, my dog has had terrible diarrhea since staying there. Really wanted to like this place so pretty disappointed :/ Update: She still has diarrhea and have now seen reviews from others who's dogs have contracted Giardia here. Let's hope that's not the case

They boarded our greyhound last year during a vacation and went out of their way to ensure our gal was comfortable. It was so much appreciated and confirmed that we made the right choice for boarding. They have a great facility for boarding, with a very nice fenced outside play area, which we could tell our gal loved. Our greyhound was returned to us in wonderful shape, happy and with no injuries or fleas, etc.

Priscilla is the nicest, most reliable petsitter we have ever known. You can see she really likes…read moreanimals. She takes good care of our cats when we are out of town, feeding them, giving pills, talking to them, and playing a little. She also keeps our indoor plants alive, brings in packages, and rolls out the garbage cans once a week. That's a lot to expect, but it all needs to be done, and we have relied on her for over 6 years. We feel guilty when we have to leave our pets, and we worry that they are upset. But Priscilla sends us phone photos and we can SEE by their expressions that they like her. That is so comforting! Every afternoon, we eagerly look for the "kitty pix" that lets us know our boys are OK. Thanks so much, Priscilla!

We like that the staff understands Jack and are careful not to overwhelm him with too many other dogs all at once. They are taking a careful and tailored approach for Jack, which is exactly what we were hoping for when we started with the daycare program. I met the owner, Wendy, the other day when I picked Jack up from daycare. She was checking in on the dogs and staff. She is kind, caring, and seems to be very knowledgeable about all kinds of dog breeds and behaviors. The office staff also deserves positive feedback, they kindly changed my daycare appointment today at no extra cost when I couldn't make the appointment. It's also the reason for writing this positive review today. Overall, Olivet Kennel is a professional run facility with an online booking system that still feels like a family business that you can trust. The kennel is clean and inviting. So far, we are very happy with their service!

Be very cautious!…read more My dog got very sick after staying here and almost died. The manager Stephanie admitted that this season was very active. It seems unprofessional to let sick dogs stay there but I guess they just care about money. Also I had prepaid for a daycare package. When I tried to use it they told me that it had expired during the time my dog was sick. I told Stephanie there's no way I could use the prepaid package while my dog was sick. She had not been in contact with any other dogs so I am 100% certain she caught it at Olivet. They never did honor the daycare pass I paid for and told me "sorry but it expired". Seemed odd for them to be so stubborn about a policy after my dog almost died because of them allowing sick dogs to stay there. I paid over $2000 in vet bills because of them and my dog nearly died. You've been warned, proceed with caution.

Jess is AMAZING! We were looking to board our 4 year old Labrador for 15 days during our trip…read moreoverseas and we are so glad we decided on Jess. From the initial contact, Jess was courteous and accommodating. We made the trip to her place for the initial evaluation and immediately it was apparent that she has a lot of experience and she loves what she does. Her farm is beautiful and we were at ease knowing our pup will roam around freely during her stay there. Jess is diligent about sending updates and photos. It was clear from the photos that our fur baby was having a blast with Jess. Jess even offers pick up and drop off from the Bay Area and this was very convenient for us. She was very accommodating to plan around our flight schedules. Overall, we couldn't be happier with boarding our dog with Jess.

On the days he went to Day Care he would position himself where he could see Trish's van come around the corner. When he saw the van, he would get so excited he would start to shake. He loved his Auntie Trish so much. Knowing he was in such good hands gave me the opportunity to take long trips without worrying about him as well as long work days when he was safe and happy with his Auntie Trish. Rocky recently passed away at the age of 14. He was a "difficult dog." He was never difficult with Trish. She really is a dog whisperer, and loves your pet almost as much as you do.

Trish and Maria came over several days before to meet the dogs and gather information about them including their meds, where they sleep, what/when they eat, when they go to the bathroom. They were great, taking any and all information I gave them. On the day we left for vacation I left another long (obsessive) list on the counter with all of the dogs information. When Maria arrived she texted us a picture of the dogs letting us know they were doing well. When she left every morning Maria texted another picture letting us know how the dogs were doing and what time she was leaving. Again this happened in the evening with more pictures. These pictures and texts made me feel like our fur babies were in excellent hands and eased any nerves I had about leaving the dogs with a stranger. When we arrived home after 3 nights away the dogs had been well cared for and were happy and healthy. I am so thankful to Maria and Trish for the wonderful service they provided to our dogs.
