Turns out my insurance company doesn't like things done that way. That was on me. Victor stepped in and helped take over the process, and I know it probably wasn't the easiest situation to sort through. He was patient, professional, and worked with me to get everything handled the best way possible. One thing I really appreciated was how transparent they were. They actually showed me the damage on the vehicle and walked me through exactly what needed to be repaired. That level of detail and willingness to explain things made a big difference. The repair work itself turned out great, and they even dropped the car off to me when it was finished, which I really appreciated since I live in town. I'm not sure if that's a standard service, but it definitely showed their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. I didn't feel rushed or felt like I was wasting his time. Oscar, was fantastic to work with. He listened to the issues at hand (hit and run on front bumper and someone tried to steal gas and broke hinge on my gas flap). He took pictures of my car and was able to provide me with a quote. The quote was fairly reasonable considering I was paying out of pocket for my repairs. I didn't have to waste my time with a rental, he ordered the parts and when they came in he called and I was able to schedule a time to drop it off. It took about a week, and they were even able to wash and deliver my car to my house. Would highly recommend.

He said I'd be amazed with the results, I wasn't expecting perfection, but what I paid is expect better. In front of front tire this "paste" was left. He said it'd turn to powder and wipe off, it didn't and the parts that did left dark paint. The 2 doors are bumpy and the paint to fix it underneath is still visible. In front of the back tire, they tried to paint and the paint peeled off. He said he'd come back to buff it out. I ended up getting rid of the car.
