Today I got a notification saying the items promised for today would not be ready until tomorrow. See attached picture. This company seems to continually to overbook itself without adequate resources for effective customer service. They have an elaborate online communication presence but obviously have no idea what is happening in the shop. I will definitely take my business elsewhere!
