We spilled bleach on a wool stair carpet. Jillian & Arturo were fantastic, gave me a free quote. Great communication, arrived on time, finished on time, left house clean, brought their own protective tarps & rags and PPE. The repair restored all the dark colors and about 90% of the white, some of the fibers were damaged previously, but they did a fantastic job individually plumping up and dying each stitch until the pattern was restored. Highly recommend. Price is average for this type of work considering it took 2 people 4 hours plus materials, but way cheaper than replacing the whole carpet! I reached out because a previous carpet cleaner I hired messed up my carpet and I was distraught, thinking my two year old carpet was done for.
