I reached out because a previous carpet cleaner I hired messed up my carpet and I was distraught, thinking my two year old carpet was done for. I hired Detail Pros Plus to clean our grout and countertops in our kitchen as well as our bathroom floors and counters. I can't say enough good things about this business! They are honest, extremely professional and provide excellent customer service. 1) Communication was very professional. Jillian answered all my questions promptly via email and provided detailed quotes. I received a reminder the day before our appointment and Jillian even called me the day after to see if I had any questions. 2) Jillian and Arturo took the time to explain in detail about the process and materials used -- they have a chemist who creates the cleaning solution to their specification so it's safe for you and your home. They also explained what to expect and answered my questions. 3) They did sample patches so I could see what the difference will be. They also did not try to sell unnecessary treatments. For example, I requested a bathroom floor be cleaned but after inspection Arturo recommended not moving forward with the cleaning because it would leave the grout color uneven due to prior seal that had been applied but was now coming off in places. I really appreciated his honesty. 4) They treat your home with utmost care -- they laid down paper throughout the house, they covered all kitchen surfaces (floors, fridge, stove, etc.), and they even placed corner protectors on the walls. They also take extra precautions if you have a pet to ensure passage in/out of the house doesn't allow for a pet to escape. Our patio cushions were badly stained by our black walnut tree droppings. We were ready to look for new furniture when we saw our neighbors getting their outdoor cushions cleaned. We asked the man (Arturo) spending the whole day cleaning theirs if he could check out ours, then give us an estimate. He came right over, took one of our cushions, the most stained one, and brought it back a couple of days later, miraculously cleaned like new. We were so thrilled and hired him to clean the rest. He then took the rest of our cushions and cleaned them, put a protectant on them, and treated them for mildew. We couldn't be more pleased with the job that he did!
