However, this recent experience just shows why this business deserves such high ratings. After the car wash, I parked to clean the inside of my car and I accidentally vacuumed an earring. Jen went above and beyond to help me look for them. Unfortunately, I was not able to find them after looking through the vacuum bins. She took my information down and told me she'd give me a call back if she found them. The following day, she gave me a call back around 11AM-12 PM notifying me she had found my earring. I was super relieved, considering these were a gift from my family member and hold sentimental value to me. I picked them up later that day and was assisted by another helpful employee. These cars don't know how to queue...like are they incompetent? Two cars in front didn't want to pull forward, so the cars behind were blocking the exit for quite some time. They're lucky no one was honking or stuck trying to pass through. Saturday night is kind of busy, but I'm surprised the employee standing here didn't say anything to those cars. Anyway, I found a decent deal closer to me that includes free vacuum and compressed air. So, thankful I never have to wait in line for a car wash, and that I'll never get stuck trying to exit since the gas station entrance is only one way. The finished tint looks great, and the front windows are dark enough for the privacy I wanted without going overboard. While I was there, Steve also repaired some curb rash on one of my wheels. The charge is $4 for 5 mins BUT the charge and timer will continue UNLESS you stop it. So pay attention and don't forget to stop it (hit the green button) when you are done. I like this better because I don't feel rushed, but of course more money you're spending as you use all the functions. They offer free vacuum, just scan the QR code posted on each machine and it will ask for your number. You can pick either you want a free vacuum or an item from the vending machine. Overall, I like this carwash. It's not crowded and more options from the car wash. Will be coming here regularly!
