I had to cancel a few hours before appointment a few weeks ago and owner was very understanding. My son came here and asked for a mid taper. Hair longish curly on top. He tried to show Charlie a video and he didn't really even watch. He left with a high taper and didn't even cut top at all or blend sides well or line up anything. It also wasn't even when hair was pulled up, kinda messy (see pics). I had pre-paid and pre-tipped ahead. My son didn't feel comfortable saying anything because he didn't want him to make it worse. Definitely not the worst cut he's had but not the best. It's low key $15 anywhere else to just do an undercut which is basically what he left with. The shop itself is clean, busy, has free parking and a dog that greets patrons. Staff are all nice. We arrived early and waited in waiting area and he took him a few minutes early so it's not like he was rushed. Nice guy but probably won't return. read more

I'm unsure how to rate the place. Normally I love getting my haircuts there, they do a fantastic job. But my recent experience has really soured me and I won't be going back. I caller first thing in the morning and scheduled an appointment at 1130. I showed up early at 1120, just in case. A few minutes after I arrived, another person arrived, also with an 1130 appointment with the same barber. It turns out the barber had forgotten to mark me on the schedule and taken a second appointment at the same time. He told me he was going to take the other customer first, and it would only be about 10 minutes. I was going to wait, but after 15 minutes I had to leave because I had other things I needed to get done on my day off. A short while later, I received this text: "Understand that im a barber. Appointments are approximate times. Not set in stone. My chair was open at 11:45. You would have still been finished by 12 noon. I book 30 min Appointments. So you walking out because your vagina was full of sand this morning is highly offensive. And next time you make a face at me will probably not wnd well for you. Have a great day. " I've never in my life seen such a blatant display of unprofessionalism as this, not even considering the low-key threat at the end of the text. I'd like to hope that the barber was just having a very bad day, as I'd never seen this kind of behavior from him before. Even so, I'll be getting my hair cut elsewhere from now on. read more

We were in town for a basketball tournament and my husband and two boys needed a quick cleaned. This place did not disappoint! I am huge on customer service and we were addressed when we walked, the owner even came over to introduce himself and you can see he takes pride in his business. As you can see they are busy but every barber would address folks coming and going. It was clean and just a great atmosphere! Again...if you are in the area, differently make a trip! read more

I've been going to this barbershop for over 5 years. Most of the barbers that have cut my hair here are very talented and care about what they are doing. I have had a few questionable cuts from a few barbers BUT i let them know and they were quick to fix my hair, even if it was by a different barber in the shop. after having had cuts from different barbers here I now have 1, Rico, who has never let me down. It's hard to find barbers you actually trust with your hair. This place is jam packed with barbers like that. Love this place and the atmosphere. Highly recommend. read more

My first visit today. Friendly people. Greeted me the moment I walked in. I was a walk in customer and despite the fact they were busy they were able to seat me right away. Joe cut my hair. Asked many questions and was attentive. Which showed he wanted to get my cut the way I wanted it. Real nice guy and chatty too. Very chill environment. Plenty of good beats on as well. Both times I was here, I left clean. When I say clean I mean that there were barely any hair clippings on my body. These guys do a fantastic job of keeping you clean. Usually after a haircut I have to shower 2x to get all the hair off my face, ears and neck but not here. I think if you're on your way out, this is a great place to stop first to get cleaned up. There's also a discount for first timers. I like the late hours and plentiful barbers on staff. I've had to wait no more than 30 minutes as a walk in to get my hair cut. I've had two different guys cut my hair here. The first guy did a pretty good job. The second guy was too busy being social to pay attention to what I asked for. The dude was literally talking to everyone in the place non-stop. I told him I wanted a mid - fade, not low and not high. He gave me a very low fade and asked if it was ok. (It was NOT.) Maybe his theory was to start low because you can always cut more, which I can appreciate but I needed it to be mid-level (just like I specifically asked and pointed to). He went a little higher but didn't shorten the top to blend so I ended up with this weird bowl sortof haircut. It was not a good look. At this point his next appointment was waiting so I just took off. I ended up at another barber a couple days later just so that I could get my hair evened out because my wife was making me wear a hat because she didn't want to look at me with such horrible hair. I've taken my two boys, age 10 and 13 here three times now, and have always been impressed. Let me start off by saying, my older son has sensory processing disorder. You'd never know it now, because he has really learned to deal with it. But ever since he was a toddler, taking him to get a haircut has been an absolute nightmare. This is a child who flat out does not want to be touched. At the beginning of this school year, I did the usual warning, telling him he needed to get a haircut before school started. We had been going to a place that specializes in small children and he has done well, but he had definitely outgrown that place. And ever since, we have been trying everywhere. I can't tell you How many places we have walked into, only for him to pitch a fit. He has had anxiety attacks over it. I dread haircut day. I saw this place and decided to give them a try. I walked in, and was pleasantly greeted. I told them I had two boys who needed cuts, and they asked if I wanted to make an appointment. They take appointments! How wonderful! Because there's nothing worse than waiting an hour with your kid who is an absolute mess about not wanting to get a haircut. Trust me! Their first haircuts that day were fabulous. And as we got into the car, my son said "Mom, those guys were cool. This is where I want to go from now on." Can't tell you how happy I was that he was happy, looked good, and felt confident! Anyhow, I wanted to leave a good review that day but have made three visits since then, and I am even more confident in my review. I've been taking my son to Manny for over 4 years and I would never take him to anyone else! I love the customer service it's not like any other shop I've ever been to.
