Located in the Target shopping Center on Admiral Callaghan Lane is where you would find Devil and Angel Desserts, tucked into the corner next to Pho Vallejo. There's plenty of parking but it can get quite busy especially on the weekends and afternoons. As you enter, straight ahead is the cashier with a window of sweet treats while on the wall to the right is where you will see their menu with a wide variety. You can order mochi donuts, Korean Corn Dogs, Shaved Ice, Dubai Chocolate, drinks like milk tea, refreshers, smoothies, etc. We ordered their Viet Coffee Creme Brulee, Taro Creme Brulee and their Taro CoCo Smoothie Sago. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their Creme Brulee drinks and mentioned the boba they added was perfect. Not hard, not too soft but perfectly chewy. They have a few tables inside and clean if you'd like to enjoy your sweet treats there. The woman who assisted us was nice and patient with us when trying to decide on what we wanted. It took some time as it seemed like they were short of staff though all drinks were great.

First time getting boba here and I really like how there's a lot of options and special drinks that you don't normally find elsewhere. Their online menu is a little different from their in person menu and it would be great if it could be updated regularly. I had family in town and gave the cashier 11 different drinks to make. It took about 10 minutes to finish and one of the coworkers was kind enough to help me take these drinks to my car. The refreshers can be a little too sweet even with less sweetness. I got the Matcha Dubai latte for myself. I don't think they serve the best matcha quality, but it was still a unique drink that I enjoyed. Inside was clean.

Been ages since having mochi donuts. An excellent excuse to give them a try. At opening, there were no donuts readily available. However, they assured they would be ready in 15 to 30 minutes. They upheld their promise with time left on the clock. Opted for three matcha donuts. They were exactly as I expect; however, would prefer the flavoring be more potent. The texture, presentation as well as their outstanding service have made up for its shortfall. A pleasure doing business here.

Such a cute shop with a great aesthetic! I ordered the strawberry fresh milk drink, and my husband had the blue lagoon lemonade, both were really good.

Me and my boyfriend always come here for boba or even just any snacks, we love going for a little treat but overall the service is always good, today we had a small hiccup where some ignorant pet owners had their pets off leash and not even watching what they were doing basically their dog had left droppings right outside the entrance and ignored it until I accidentally stepped in it the staff was super helpful and gave me napkins and I'm assuming it was the owner or manager but he went outside as soon as he saw it happen and cleaned it up in the same minute, I felt bad and irritated only because the owners of the pets had just been watching not even offering to clean after their own pets, overall they went above and beyond and apologized multiple times they were super friendly and handled the situation very well. We will continue coming to this shop, thank you for being exceptional.

Nice to see another boba spot in Vallejo but they also serve Korean corn dogs and I think donuts. When we went there their kiosks weren't working and you had to order at the counter and I think they don't accept cash. Service took kind of long and they ask that there are more people that order something if you want to sit and hangout there. We were a large group and all of the kids got something. Their Korean cheese corn dogs look good. The price is of their boba is the same as the pho place next door. Parking is easy because it's located in the target shopping plaza. It's really cute, clean, and aesthetic inside!

The boba was not too sweet and not too bitter. The cookies and cream mochi donut was delicious! The customer service was great and fast. The restaurant is decorative and clean.

Second location I have visited so far. The Walnut Creek location is my preference for boba as this one had weird rules about purchasing and drinking inside the store. The staff are still very nice but they messed up my drink even though I confirmed twice but the drink they gave was still delicious. The bathroom is kept up well and the inside of this place was also clean.

Yay, a new up-and-coming boba shop, how exciting! Super psyched to have a new boba and mochi donut shop local to me. There are lots of drink options and donut flavors to choose from. When I went, I got the strawberry mango specialty smoothie and sugar coated mochi donut and both were pretty good. Service was overall fine, maybe a bit slow just because they're getting started, but no worries. The ambience was nice and chill. Overall would come back. I definitely want to try the other menu items!

There were three staff members in total (thin build, Latino male), medium build Filipino female with glasses, and a thin build Asian female). The male was working on an in person order when I walked in, seven to ten minutes later the same woman was standing around waiting for parts of her order - no other in person customer was being assisted. A young woman, who had placed an online order for two coffee drinks asked repeatedly if anyone was going to make her drink order. It took two staff members - Asian female, Latino male) - to help figure it out, each debating who was going to make it. The Filipino female kept coming from the back to bring sandwich items to seated waiting customers. The male continued to look at online orders before helping the family of three in front of me. When their order was finalized, the male walked away from the register and proceeded to look at the online orders. He said nothing to the line, did not acknowledge our presence. He went to the back to make a sandwich - again two staff members working on one thing (Filipino female, Latino male) while in person customers stood and waited. The Filipino female asked what him what was in the bag while standing at the front of the store. The other Asian female was still working on the coffee drinks from the online order from when I first walked in. After about ten minutes of being walked by and disregarded, while waiting to be acknowledged, I asked is anyone going to take our orders at the counter? The male replied, "Yes, but we have a lot of online orders and we'll get to you shortly." So online orders take precedent over those waiting in store to purchase? If this is the case, then why are there only three staff members who are clearly not organized nor serve in the capacity of enough staff to assist customers online and in person? If I had not asked about being helped, no telling how long staff would had continued to ignore us. The Filipino female walked over, asked how my day was and asked what she could get me. After each donut selection shared, anything else?... She was being passive aggressive in her tone and with her words. As I was waiting to select my receipt options, she saiid, "All of that for two donuts" to the male. Who both went into the back while the rest of the building line waited. When I finished my receipt selection and entering my phone number, the father and son behind me were still waiting without any assistance or staff acknowledgement.. If I had not promised my daughter a donut prior to order road trip, I would have left long before. Worse service as it was nonexistent to those in person. There were three staff, two were doing staff and the third at the front was nonexistent. Do better Dynamite, your customer service was absent yesterday, staff not at all prepared or organized and your store is not staffed to assist both online and in person without neglecting in person. Communication was nonexistent as well, leaving customers standing in line without a single word or thought of returning any time soon. Online orders, you'll be waiting too. There were three people who walked in, going directly the register with a phone in their hands. They were waiting two for the pickup while the young lady wanted her coffees made. The ambiance here...people were upset across the board. I would rather drive to Pinole and get service, Dynamite donuts are not worth that wait or nonexistent level of service.

Service was ok. Inside was interesting to look around. Street parking in front.
