She did them for free, but that wasn't the best part, she was so good with my older dog and was so caring that I now make the drive from West Allis to Lannon to take all 3 of my Border Collies there. She is so good caring for the older dog and the first time I picked her up she looked like a puppy. She was silky and smooth and clean and smelled awesome. I recommended a friend to go to her that had rescued a Border Collie that has some people issues...her dog did great there, no issues at all. The dogs always come home with new bandanas and happy attitudes! I highly recommend her services!

We did 5 one on one sessions and in that time our dog has become significantly more structured, well behaved and we feel we have overall so much more control over him. We look forward to group classes where we can continue to work on our learned skills. Our trainer taught us necessary skills and used helpful analogies to help us understand how dogs think. We feel sooo much more in control of our lives now that we have a dog who is enjoyable to be around. I decided to try it again for an overnight. The owner refused to board my dog and told me they would not take him. I was dumb founded by that and his road rage anger. yelling at me and scaring my baby. It made me wonder what he had done to my dog last time, Because the dog remember !! My dog immediately recognised the owner and started growling fiercely and defensively at him and cowering as if the owner had abused my dog. I left immediately. I was able to get him into his usual boarder last minute. I shared my story with them. One of their employees used to work at Animal Hotel and stated the "aggressive" dogs like Rotwiellers (my dog breed) were abused, left in their crates all day and did not receive any exercise., My baby is an abused rescue dog that needs extra care and love.. I cried and my heart broke that any human would be so cruel as to abuse animals that are already emotionally damaged and need extra love and care, This place deserves to be investigated for animal cruelty. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE. There is something going there that is not kind to animals.

But fortunately, that has not been what I've experienced. The place is clean and neat with a cool pet supply shop. The staff here has been very kind and patient with me. I have two pet rabbits that are being boarded here right now. Like dogs, rabbits can pick up on any sketchiness. I have visited my rabbits and they are both very happy, at peace and are their adorable curious selves. My rabbits don't lie y'all's!! Yelp does leave A LOT to be desired, their "management" and support for businesses is dang near non existent. However, for the most part, they do put the ball in the consumers court. And I take advantage of this to the fullest, in a good way though!! As a consumer, I am very community minded and always try to put myself in the small business's shoes. I am not a small business owner myself, but wish I was. To anyone reading, please consider what I have to say and give this place a go!! And remember, crappy bad reviews hurt the community and consumer as well as the small business!! You could be missing out on something really great over a bunch of Karen b/s nonsense!!
