This is not good. On Monday, I called Newmar to find an Authorized Dealer. They suggested I call Midway RV in Grand Rapids... only an hour away and it's in the direction we were traveling anyway. Yeaaaa !! The Service staff were very friendly, and helpful. Scheduling with Dave, the Service Mgr, was pleasant. He said... I can't get you in at all today.. (Monday), but probably Tuesday morning, if you can be here by 8:30 AM. I said "Certainly". I then asked if they had room for us to "park & plug-in". Dave said "yes!". Perfect, we will see you about noon today !! We drove up Monday, parked & plugged in, very thankfully. Early Tuesday morning , they had us in and work was completed by 12:00 noon. They inspected both plates and fixed them !! And, we were back on the road feeling sooooooo pleased. Though we were not there to buy an RV.... I would certainly recommend them for RV Service.

Using every possible source, I called every repair shop listed online. Nobody answered the phone. I even called the Holland Police Department for help, but they are only open Monday thru Friday. I called AAA for roadside assistance and they sent Tim's Towing. The driver arrived in good time and towed my vehicle to a local repair shop. Once there, he tried to start my vehicle 'one last time' before leaving it for repairs. Luckily, he was able to get it started. His intuition saved me time and money. Generally favoring the Chevy / GMC line. We were drawn to this Granit grey ram from the street, unsure if it was new or used until we pulled in and looked it over. All the other dealers we went through that day were closed , but we were ok with that after all we were just looking. As I peeked into the truck a gentleman by the name of Austin greeted me in the lot. He was well spoken and extremely friendly. He asked if we wanted a key to look over the truck and proceeded to get it. He let us check it over we talked some numbers and being close to closing we decided to come back the next day to test drive. The next day we come back to drive it and we get 5 miles down the road and feel in love with this truck. My phone rang and Austin had already been working on our deal. We come back at 430 and they had everything ready to go, all we had to do is sign. This review is NOT about quality of work…read more I stopped by Graff Jeep in Rockford because they advertise an Express Lane for "quick" service. I thought it would be a nice alternative to traveling south of Grand Rapids for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently they only do "scheduled" work... and their "quick lane" is usually scheduled at least two days out. I believe they fall short compared to dealerships which have an express lanes that are "first come first serve" and can help you with basic services when you need them.
