Coffee is ordered at a cash register and the coffee is poured or prepared after purchase. Any prepared foods, together with sandwiches and fresh bread, are paid for at one of two registers. Bread is made onsite and it was as fresh and delicious. (I ordered a loaf of Semolina/Italian bread and brought it home, where it was eaten within a few hours.
