They had me drop my truck off the day before they were going to be able to start working on it at any point in time during the day so I knocked that our prior to going to work. About 1pm that same day (yes the day before they were going to start working on it) they had diagnosed the issues and identified the fixed for everything. They got it done the next day and gave me a ring and let me tell you, the reasonable prices everyone else has talked about in reviews are real. I had to ask him to tell me a second time because I thought he'd missed a digit. I'm not the only one in my family who has gone here, as my father has used them multiple times for his vehicles, had them do some engine improvements on a 95 F350 and diagnose a bad fuel pump in a 2011 F350. Great to work with at solving hard to fix problems with our diesel fleet and equipment. I run an older fleet because I figure if they haven't made it better what is the point, just take care of the stuff you already have. Wes helps me do that. We take him all sorts of brain stumpers that our in house diesel mechanic can't figure out and he makes it look easy. We also buy parts here when Ford is too $$ or we want an imported aftermarket part. On top of all that they are reasonable with their prices. Had an issue with my clutch on my 2500 Dodge Diesel...Dealer wanted over $1300 to fix the part. Called up Wes and John and they guided me through the sea of parts and found the best one that worked for my application. This part cost me $300 and took me about 45 min to install myself. Great bunch of guys, got new exhaust, chip, and South Bend twin disc clutch for my 08 Dodge 3500 dually. Very satisfied with work and price. Clutch failed after 90,000 miles and two trips across the country pulling a 40' toy hauler with all our worldly possesions. Wes arranged parts at cost and got them sent to my Phoenix Az mechanic in a timely manner. Gave his own cell phone number to my local mechanic in case he had any questions or problems.
