Came in for a new transmission, broken AC and a leaking tire. Was told it would be a week, which sounds good as that was every time line we were told from other places we called. A week goes by and the parts still weren't in, again I mean that's just shipping and it happens, can't really blame the shop. After a week and a half they install the new transmission, but said there was something wrong so they kept working on it. Another week goes by and they say they need to order ANOTHER trans. At this point we are very frustrated as we needed this vehicle back 3 weeks ago. But I mean who knows what is really going on so we just hang tight. Finally, a MONTH later, we get a text that the trans was replaced and good to go but they didn't have time to fully fix the ac. Didn't have time? You had it for a month and decided until the last day to look at the AC. They replaced the blower motor but said they would have to take the whole thing out and didn't have time for it, so it was ultimately a temporary fix for a full charge. After asking for a price break down he gave us $150 off. Woopie after a $7,500 ordeal that didn't feel sufficient. They then charged our card for the second half of our bill after we explicitly said "we do not authorize this charge" and we also don't remember saying they could save the card on file..... if that wasn't all enough to make us never come back we then find out the tire was never fixed after it went flat on the road a few days later. To which the guy says "looks like I forgot" !!! Now the AC stopped working because again it was never actually fixed in the first place. Truly unacceptable from start to finish. They clearly do not care about doing a good job and just want your money. He asked us multiple times to pay the remaining balance before we even picked up the vehicle or had any work done. Avoid at all costs.

He saved our bacon with our 2002 Jetta, fixing a long-standing emissions problem that would have cost a fortune to repair at a less-reputable shop. We moved way out on the east side of Gresham recently and still made the long journey out to Hillsboro just to deal with Andrew. We would not think of taking our cars anywhere else at this point.

When it came to picking up the car, they called at 4:50pm, basically end of business day. Supposedly left a voicemail earlier in the day. When records were checked, no such things were left. No calls or messages or voicemails were left. 2. The car itself after they 'fixed it', two paint drips, missing clip on the fender, plastic trim that was scratched up was never actually replaced, scuffs in the front driver fender, not buffed out - had to be pointed out, missing bolt to keep the fender in, but when they did their analysis they left suction marks for whatever wheel alignment they did that was never there before they had my car in their possession 3. They told us they would get the part and call us back when it came in - literally a month went by, no call or follow up again, it's us following up with them. The girl can't even say when the part was received, Anduar dances around the question. 4. We schedule it for 1 day to fix everything's they say they don't think it will take longer - and they don't do rentals 5. After that fix that should only take 1 day, they messed up, they sanded the paint drips down too far, so now, have to schedule again to get it fixed and now they do rentals 6. Go in to drop off car - then being told I got the day wrong, I am a day early thankfully Billy sets everyone straight that today is the correct day 7. Rental nightmare- they don't know if the car is getting dropped off or if they are picking me up, it's unorganized. I go outside to get fresh air, Billy advised me that it would be easier for them to pick me up, if they are not dropping a vehicle off. I go outside for 5 minutes, come back and they think my wife is picking me up. Then I see a guy calling enterprise and then tells me they will call me shortly. 8. If I have a SUV they are fixing, I am expecting my rental to be an suv as well, nope I got a sedan. 9. When I drop off my car, they are missing a piece and misplaced it now they have my car longer 10. Got my car back and when I went to inspect I saw a clip for the plastic fender missing 11. and they ripped the wiring for my powered side mirrors, at this point I have 0 interest in trusting them with my vehicle at all. If you want things fix the first time, correctly, personally I would not go here. Mind you, my claim was back in September, we are now in December. I want to say after the first visit, we were asked multiple times to provide a review. After this last time I have yet to hear a request for a review. Which I think with all the times of having to return and the quality of service. The reviews at this point to me, I am not sure how scored so highly. I encourage anyone who wants to get their vehicle fixed, take a towel with you and inspect your vehicle prior to you meeting with them. That way they are not over your shoulder. Then after you receive your vehicle make sure you do a review prior to meeting with them. That way you are not distracted and can give yourself time to do a thorough analyzation of your vehicle. I want to preface this by saying it's been months, since having my vehicle back. I debated about leaving this review due to the continuous poor experiences, but I felt it was important to share, because I do love my vehicle, I'd hate to have anyone share this poor experience with me.

The car ended up with another problem (common to this old Chevy according to the Internet) and they went out of their way to find a shop who specializes in that repair (steering rack) and they got me prices. Tough decision, but we are not going forward at this time. Even so, they conitnued to be very helpful, including sending a car out to pick up my sister, keeping her car locked up inside for several nights, and being friendly and cordial even though we are not going to do this last job. And never once rushed us for a decision, nor to get the car out of their hair! That's so rare - to find somebody who actually cares, and has gone the extra mile.
