i do not recommend this company…read more the owners are formally from warren oregon and had generation transmission, where they incorrectly rebuilt my transmission twice, then placated me with a servo change and transmission service, it finally went out for the third time and i had it rebuilt by maddes transmission in hillsboro oregon where they told me that i received a shitty rebuild from these guys. i wasted $2,000 on the first rebuild, plus missing work and all the other troubles that came with later breakdowns. the the owner avoids my calls, has his wife lie for him, then his worker that screwed it up cuss me out on the phone. maddes garage new all about these transmissions and the proper way to rebuild them, whereas generation/thomas transmission only did guesswork at my expense, not knowing shit! do not use this company

The gentleman on the phone gave me a great price, $150. I only had $50 available. I asked if he could take the $50and wait till my next payday. He said he had to ask his boss. An hour later he calls me back and asked if I was able to find a way to get my truck to my house. I had not. He then took my offer and sent a driver to help. Driver Scott arrived and very carefully picked up my truck. The damage was really bad. The wheel was only attached to the truck be the brake caliper. Instead of doing the oil change properly, their technician chose to vacuum the oil out because removing the undercarriage cover would "take too long." We relied on their expertise and trusted they knew what they were doing. The car was driven a short distance after the service and seemed fine. The next morning, however, it started misfiring immediately and was clearly unsafe to drive. The vehicle remained parked until it could be evaluated, and was eventually towed to a certified mechanic. The mechanic diagnosed a missing camshaft seal and advised that this type of failure is consistent with improper oil extraction using suction equipment and would not occur during a standard oil change. We paid $613.79 in repairs, plus the original $97.95 oil change. We made multiple attempts to contact the shop (calls and email). Eventually, their claims manager called on 3/25/2026 and denied the claim solely because they didn't get to inspect the vehicle first ignoring the fact that the car was unsafe to drive and that we didn't even know they caused the issue until after a professional diagnosis and repair. At this point, it's not just about the damage, it's about accountability. Cutting corners for convenience caused real damage, and they've refused to take responsibility. We are now pursuing this through small claims court. Use caution. An oil change shouldn't result in engine damage.

Two days later I needed to run to town amd my car would not take the hills. I called quick lube and explained the situation, the next day a tech showed up, very sweet fella, and worked on my car, in the rain for about an hour. There was a hose that was ajar from checking the air filter! He took it for a long test drive, and now I am so grateful for Quick Lube and how they handled my situation!!! After the wash, the spots were completely unchanged. When I brought it back to your attention, the response I got was, "OK boss, your choices are run it through one more time, and that's all we can do," delivered in a clearly dismissive and sarcastic tone. No effort was made to inspect the issue, scrub the area, or offer any actual solution. What stood out most was the attitude. From the moment I arrived, it felt like my presence was an inconvenience, and asking about the quality of a service I paid for was somehow unreasonable. If the wash was never capable of removing the spots, that should have been communicated honestly before taking payment. Running the car through the exact same wash again without addressing the problem was obviously not going to produce a different result -- and it didn't.
