I looked everywhere for their phone number but could not find it anywhere so I ordered through GrubHub. I ordered about 25 minutes ago. My son went and picked-up the order, brought it home and we were missing a meal. I called a number that I found through Google and it was some Grub Hub phone number (not the restaurant) and I had to talk to the Grub Hub person and tell them the issue. They gave me the phone number to the restaurant (reluctantly) and I called several times and there was no answer. Called Grub Hub back, told them there was no answer at the restaurant and they refunded me for the one meal - yay. Now we are sharing two meals :( I'm going back to Luna Grill next time I want a gyro; at least I can call them directly on the phone if I have a problem. The Gyro was full of meat and the tzatziki sauce was delicious. The service was quick and they made the fries to order!!! I wasn't a fan of the chicken Shawarma, the chicken was very dry with minimal flavor. I will return again for the gyro and the nice customer service. Decided to give DFW Kabab & Gyro a try based on the other reviews. So glad we did! It's located in a small strip mall and looks like a very low key, almost fast food casual setting. We were surprised to see it so crowded and a Saturday night, and that didn't include the steady stream of takeout orders that were clearly called in before, suggesting a solid loyal customer base. Prices were very reasonable, but actually seemed low when were received our incredibly generous portions. 2 of the 4 of us couldn't even finish their orders. I did the kabab mix to try the kofta, lamb & chicken. All 3 blew me away! Their different meats are so well marinated that everything was very flavorful even without the great sauces. Salad was equally enjoyable as it was so much more than an after thought of a pile of lettuce. I can understand why there were crowds and lots of phone in orders. I ordered dinner for my family on Sunday night and when I called the phone # that was listed online apparently it was grub hub. Yelp did not have the # listed which is terrible and very suspect. I was informed my order would be ready in 30 minutes so I went to pick it up and when I arrived it was closed. So I called the # back and that is when I learned it was grub hub that I called. This was a major let down and apparently I will get a refund in 3-5 business days. This was my first time attempting to eat at this restaurant and I am not sure I will try to go back. read more

I tried this place last night. According to the manager, they've only been open about a month but they have another location in Arlington under a different name. This is a fast casual restaurant, where you go up to the counter and order. There are 10 or 12 tables and booths for seating and the restaurant was very clean as well as the restroom. It's in a strip shopping center right off of 121 with plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and explained the menu. They also didn't hesitate when I and a couple of other customers elected to eat there even though it was close to closing time. The salads, vegetables, and rice are all pre-made and in the cold table or the steam table But everything tasted fresh, even at the end of the night. The kebabs are grilled fresh to order and the gyros and chicken Shawarma are on the traditional rotisseries and carved off for each order. I personally am not a fan of Gyro meat but it looks good and the chicken Shawarma looked really good. I had the chicken kebab platter which comes with grilled chicken, basmati rice, salad, pickled cabbage, pita bread, and Dolmades. I asked if I could substitute tabouli for the salad and they said yes. Chicken - 4 Pita- 5 Rice- 3 Pickled cabbage- 4 Tabouli- 4 Portion size - 5 Value for price - 5 Overall rating 4.5 The chicken was cooked well with charred edges which I like. The tabouli was very good with just the right balance of seasoning and lemon juice. The tabouli does not have cucumbers in it which is my preference. The purple pickled cabbage was delicious and the pita was not too thick, not too thin and heated on the grill so it was nice and warm. The rice was basmati rice and it was good but a little bit bland. I like mine to be a little more seasoned. The platter also came with three sauces... Garlic sauce, tahini, and hot sauce. The hot sauce was very hot but had a good flavor and the tahini was tahini. The best sauce was the garlic sauce. It was very garlicky but mellow and not harsh. The portion was very large and I only ate about half of it. Plenty of leftovers for lunch today. Overall I would give this place 4.5 and I'll definitely be back to try the chicken Shawarma and some of the other items on the menu. read more

This is the real thing...the proprietors are a Palestinian family cooking old family recipes. I have spent a lot of time in that part of the world and the food was like eating in a family-run restaurant in East Jerusalem or their hometown of Tulkarm. The kebab was well marinated and very tasty and put on the grill when the dish was ordered. The hummus was perfect with plenty of olive oil and just the right consistency. The hot sauce was a familiar taste and with just the right heat. I enjoyed my conversation with one of the siblings behind the counter and I had more than enough hummus to take home with me. I thought the prices were very reasonable and again, the food was authentic and totally fresh. It's a fast food style place with plenty of seating and no atmosphere but for food that good, it was just right. They do a very brisk takeout business but there were a few families eating in the restaurant. I look forward to exploring the rest of the menu! read more

We love Mediterranean food so when we saw their sign go up, we were hoping it would be good. Finally got to try them out on Tuesday evening and we were not disappointed. It's not fancy but clean and uncluttered. The food though! It's awesome! Wonderful fresh salad items, good pita bread, and freshly grilled kababs. I had a chicken kebab plate with salad and rice. Ended up with enough for lunch the next day. My family enjoyed chicken shawarma and gyro as well. Yum! We will be going back often! The guys running the place were friendly and helpful, too. Found this place recently and tried the big family combo. You can mix the meats around in case you like something more than another. The guys working there were helpful and the food was amazing. The chicken was the favorite because it was juicy and flavorful. Loved everything they gave with the order and my guests loved it. Comes with a whole bunch of vegetables inside the big box.
