I called so many times requesting a call back from him. He ignored and after 4 days he called back and yelled at me that he was busy. I'm glad I followed the reviews to repair a dryer that would not heat. I was extremely happy with their service, sent off a video of the dryer going to show my happiness. They noticed it didn't sound normal and they called to see if they could come by to see why it was making a banging sound. They fixed the banging sound and I am officially a happy customer! They are friendly and cost effective. I was so worried it would cost me a lot or they wouldn't be able to fix it or do a bad job BUT they didn't. Very satisfied.
