I'm the last person to write reviews, least of all a negative one but Chase Fire is a scam company…read more They showed up at my property without ever giving us a quote or any estimate to replace our fire extinguishers. In fact, I'm not even certain they needed replacing. Then they present my building ported with a ticket to sign for the job. A few weeks later, they sent me some ridiculous invoice that was never authorized with zero proof that they even gave us a quote. To top it all off, the extinguishers were all old and repurposed ones, but they still tried to charge us the same price as a new one. Unfortunately, I heard after the fact that this is how this company operates. I'm ready to battle this out in small claims court if necessary or they can come back and pick up their crappy extinguishers. Do yourself and your company a favor and steer clear of these guys. I'll be reporting them to the BBB.
