STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS 100% SCAM This company is dishonest. They will try to rip you off. Their technician came, went up in the attic to look at my A/C unit. In less than 5 minutes, right away he said that I have a leak in my coil, when he didn't even put any pressure in my unit. I said are you sure the problem is not somewhere else? He said no, you have a leak in your coil. They are trying to charge me an out of pocket deductible of $2890 apart from my insurance. I had another technician come to looked at my unit. He put nitrogen to put some pressure in my unit to find any leak. He said that there's no leak in the coil. Infinity HVAC Service company is trying to make a quick buck. I called their company to make a complaint. Their receptionist is very rude. She was yelling at me over the phone, I told her to lower her voice, she said that's just the way she talk, if I don't like it, I should just put my complaint on their email and then she hangup the phone. Last Fall (or was it the year before?) our furnace stopped working, and I called Cali HVAC for service. They sent Oleg fairly quickly, and he did a good job repairing it; in fact, he proved himself to be very conscientious when, after replacing a circuit board that fixed the problem, he didn't like the way one part on the board was oriented, so he came back and replaced that board with a different one that fit better. He could have left it as is, since it was working, and I probably never would have known. In addition to fixing the problem pretty quickly, Oleg was also very informative and polite, answering all questions with patience and no attitudes. So, now I have moved into a new house, and even though the HVAC works, I want to have them check it out, and hopefully educate me about filters to use, what maintenance it might need, and how to make it quieter.

What I appreciated most was that he didn't just start replacing parts. He thoroughly diagnosed the system, explained what he was testing, and walked me through the results. He showed me that the capacitor was testing low, the contactor was worn and pitted, and even performed a megger test on the compressor to verify it was still healthy. After the repairs, he confirmed everything was working properly by showing me the compressor amperage had dropped back to normal and that the system had an 18-degree temperature split. Keon was patient with all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. He explained the pros and cons of the recommended repairs, including the hard-start kit, so I could make an informed decision instead of feeling pressured. I really appreciated his transparency and professionalism. By the time he was done, our AC was cooling properly again, and he even worked with us on the final price. Given that I didn't have to wait days for an appointment, I agreed to the price, which was initially high compared to others. That being said, it ultimately became roughly the same, if not a little cheaper, than other places that charged by the hour or quarter hour, as the job was a little more complex than initially thought. The guy spent almost 2.5 hours here to change out two bibs (again, way more complex than he probably thought), and he did a wonderful job. My problems were addressed same day, same visit. If I chose other plumbers, I would have waited days before my items were addressed. I've used Jazz before with my older AC unit, and they will always have a spot in my contact list if I need help with my HVAC or plumbing.
