I can't say enough good things about Haber Electric. A friend of mine had used them for a lot of electrical work at their house (panel / amperage upgrade, new outlets, etc.) and after years of putting it off, I finally reached out. From the get go their communication was prompt and clear. Darryl came out the next day, inspected our existing setup (very old 100 amp panel with only a few breakers for the entire house) and made his recommendation to upgrade the panel, upgrade to 200 amps, and add some outlets / breakers to finally put an end to the problems we'd been experiencing multiple times a week in our 113 year old house. Danielle had provided me with a formal estimate within less than an hour of Darryl leaving my house. We scheduled the job quickly thereafter, as soon as the weather would cooperate. On the day of the job, Darryl and his crew (6 or 7 folks) showed up early, and prepped their tools and equipment. As promised, they completed the entire job in a few hours and were kind, courteous, respectful, and communicative throughout the job. Simply put, Darryl is a cool dude with a warm and friendly personality; someone that just gives off good vibes! From start to finish, I've been satisfied with my experience. I'd received multiple quotes over the years and Haber Electric's was the best, by far, and came with a much higher level of professionalism I'd seen from the others. Do not use Haber Electric. Lic. #681652. They will rip you off! They charged me $325 to reset a circuit breaker. I questioned their quote and they did not return my phone call. I complained to the Better Business Bureau and Naber did not respond to the BBB emails. They are nonunion business and they give contractors a very bad name. read more

Needed an upgrade from 100 to 200A service for the house. Darryl came up with very reasonable estimate - and what made me feel good - all inclusive estimate so I did not have to worry about things not fitting and other extras (things I sadly got used to during the remodel). Darryl and his crew showed up right on time and managed to beat their own time estimate - even though things did came up. For example, the new panel did not fit in the place the old one used to be in - so he rebuilt the enclosure it was located in. Haber electric was wonderful and caring. I a fairly new oven that broke and when the appliance repair person pulled it out, we found evidence of a burnt electrical issue going on. I called and spoke to Daryl. Due to the burn issue, he came over from another job to check it out and to make sure I was going to be safe. Who does that anymore? Who cares like that anymore? Turned out to be a simple fix and he took care of it right then. No waiting 2 weeks out.
