At this point, I feel like I should have my own little chair with my name on it or maybe even have an assigned parking spot! JK! But there's a reason I keep coming back and it's so much more than the treatments themselves. I recently had Quantum RF and many Morpheus8 sessions on all body areas and I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Reyrao, Nurse Jahna and Master Aesthetician Adriana. Dr. Reyrao was absolutely incredible. She was so knowledgeable, patient and genuinely skilled at what she does. She took the time to explain things, answer my questions and make sure I understood what was happening rather than making me feel rushed or like just another appointment. And I ask a lot of questions! You can tell she really cares about her craft and more importantly, she cares about the person sitting in front of her or laying on the procedure table I should say! I felt completely comfortable putting myself in her hands. Her right hand woman, Nurse Jahna was also amazing. She was so helpful and accommodating, even when I had some last minute changes and she worked so seamlessly with Dr. Reyrao. You could genuinely see how well they work together. It didn't feel like separate people doing separate jobs. I was watching the whole time during the procedure and it felt like a team that was communicating and looking out for me the entire time. I felt very safe and very well cared for. And what really stood out to me was the care after care treatment. They actually called to check on me and make sure I was doing okay late in the evening! That might seem like a small thing but it really isn't. When you're doing treatments on your face/body, especially something more intensive, it means a lot to know that someone is still thinking about you after you leave. Master aesthetician, Adriana was also amazing. She was so attentive before, during and after the treatment. She was constantly checking in, making sure I was comfortable and making sure I was okay. And after the Morpheus treatment, she came in and made sure everything was taken care of properly. She is always paying attention to how I was feeling emotionally and physically too. She makes me feel safe, reassured and cared for as a whole person. She is clearly knowledgeable and skilled as well! Plus she's like a free therapist people! Come on! It can't get any better than that! She is precise and skilled with every treatment! And then there's Noemi. The QUEEN. I've been a long term customer here and I honestly think one of the biggest reasons I've stayed is because of her. Noemi has such a genuine heart. She is always thinking about the people who walk through her doors and how to make their experience better. I've tried so many of the treatments and newer technologies they've brought in over the years and I really appreciate that they're constantly looking for the newest and best technology rather than just buying something cheap and putting a fancy name on it. And trust me I notice. I've basically done every treatment/technology that comes through here at this point. But what makes this place different is that I have never felt like a number or like someone they're just trying to sell another package to. They treat me like an actual human being. They listen. They remember things. They care about how I'm doing. And there's a genuine level of trust that has been built over time. Noemi, I hope you know how much that means. You've created an environment where people can come in wanting to look better, but they also leave feeling cared for, reassured and valued. That says so much about the kind of person you are and the culture you've created around you.I can't say the same for other MedSpas that I've visited. It's insulting. I dropped at least $2,000 at this joke of an establishment, and for what? Absolutely nothing. You even admitted that BodyFX requires multiple sessions and results vary -- so why on earth were you encouraging reviews after ONE treatment? Because you WANT people to post premature, misleading reviews to boost your ratings. That's the game you play. If you truly ran an honest business, you wouldn't need to bribe people for reviews and then deny it when called out. The fact that you're scrambling to defend yourself instead of addressing your shady practices says everything. I had a referral from my PCP to this clinic to get some rapid (within 4-6mo) hair loss looked at. I…read morewas worried it was something other than androgenic alopecia and might be something else. I had done a ton of reading on things it could be (I have a masters degree so I know how to do my research). I was told the clinic took my insurance (First Choice). I had my appointment and the MD spent maybe 15min at most with me, telling me things I already knew, only did a quick (15sec) look at my scalp, and said it's probably androgenic alopecia and offers a prescription to oral minoxidil and finasteride. Nothing special was done. I left the office and asked if there was anything I needed to pay and they said no. A month later I get a bill for $211! I call insurance and they tell me that since the MD billed under the diagnostic code for androgenic alopecia it wasn't a covered visit so instead of a $35 co pay I had to pay it all. They told me the billing code was for "moderate diagnostic methods at least 40min" which I do not agree was done. I feel this clinic should have communicated that such a common billing diagnosis wouldn't be covered by my common insurance. I understand that ultimately I should have checked with my insurance first, but I didn't know what diagnosis they would bill under. I will not be returning to this clinic.

Normal IPL's deliver a peppered result as they pull discoloration out. I had no result at all. Not even redness. Botox on me starts to work in as little as 2 days.
