--- Disappointing and Misleading Experience with AirSculpt I was initially drawn to AirSculpt because of their bold claim that "no one is turned away because of weight." That message gave me hope and encouraged me to explore the procedure further. However, my actual experience was frustrating, impersonal, and disappointing. After submitting my photos, I was told I'd hear back within a day--but that quickly turned into vague reassurances about the surgeon's schedule and a request for a 1-3 day grace period. When I finally did receive a response, I was informed that my case was "a bit complex" and that I needed to come in for an in-person consultation because they "couldn't determine candidacy from the photos." It felt like a cop-out--especially when the entire pitch was about how inclusive and efficient their process is supposed to be. It was frustrating to feel like I was being strung along instead of getting honest, direct communication. If my photos weren't enough to determine candidacy, why pretend they could be in the first place? The whole process felt disorganized and more like a sales tactic than actual patient care. I appreciate that every patient is different, but don't advertise inclusivity and quick assessments if you can't follow through. Transparency and realistic expectations would go a long way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be moving forward with AirSculpt--and I'd urge others to approach with caution. read more

My girlfriend's procedure was priced over $30k for a simple BBL - wildly more expensive than everywhere else. They didn't explain stipulations that would disqualify her, and surprised us the scheduled day of the procedure. Then they told me, the person financing it, that I would be liable to pay for 20-50% of the procedure plus the surgeon and scheduling fees, without any service being delivered. This is despite the fact that I never signed any acknowledgement of their payment policies, and neither did she. I began researching legal options. In the end, I had to call Airsculpt HQ in Miami Beach, FL to have them yell at the Seattle staff and I got the procedure cost waived. It was a nightmare that lasted several weeks. I recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Do not be deceived about this company by reviews on RealSelf (which is owned by cosmetic surgeons) or social media influencers. This is just tickle lipo, beautifully branded and marketed but honestly, poorly and unprofessionally executed. Although I don't yet have concerns about my results at this exact moment, I was very disappointed by my experience at this office. There was decent communication during the sales process but once I paid my money, it was all pretty slap dash and sloppy. The office and nursing procedures were very disappointing. There were seriously improper expectations set about recovery and poor communication about after care instructions. I had a $30k surgery and was sent home in compression garmets that did not fit at all - XS top, (needed M) Large bottom (needed M). The top was so tight, I had abrasions on my arms. They were unapologetic about dressing me in wrong garmets, admitted they were out of stock on surgery day and by the time I received the right ones, I was past the period of needing to wear them. The office staff and nurses are young and, although I believe my surgeon was qualified, I panicked after the lousy after care and learned he was not board certified and is not required to be. It seems to me that this is a franchise operation for surgeons who want to sunset out of the industry with a nice retirement but don't have the desire to do their own marketing. Costs seem to have been cut in nursing staff and office management who seem young and inexperienced and apparently incapable of keeping the correct inventory for 'essential' post surgical garmets. If I could go back, I would not choose this company, but one of the many other capable board certified surgeons that do this procedure such as M Tseng, or Egrari who ARE Board Certified. Unfortunately, I was duped into believing the technology of 'tickle lipo' was proprietary to Air Sculpt and this was a grave miscalculation. read more

This review is only for the consultation and the location in Bellevue. The staff here are really nice and definitely do everything to make you comfortable. I would recommend anyone who wants to come and get airsculpting in a high end, clean, and modern facility. It is important to note that the average cost of the procedure is 10k to start and further areas are $3-5k additional. It was also a surprise there would be 4-6 points of entry for the abdomen package, versus the 1-2 that I was expecting. I work in a job that requires rather heavy lifting, I work out a lot, and I plan to be in the sun a lot this summer, which I believe could darken the freckle scars or cause bruising. Due to these reasons, I decided that this wasn't the best time to pursue this surgery. This not a five star review for me due to the difficulty of getting hold of a nurse to answer questions after you have left your consultation, the difficulty of booking (they are booked out 2-3 months) and also that they are part of a larger corporation so you do feel like just another client instead of it being more personal. Based on the results from the initial surgeon, I requested another surgeon (Dr. Yang) based on a conversation I had with her after my initial procedure. Dr Yang is everything you want in a surgeon/healthcare provider. She listens, she is empathetic, and she is a highly skilled artist/surgeon. She corrected a "problem" that was overlooked in the initial procedure- AND made everything else look so much better. She is a consummate professional and a lovely person. I've struggled with my double chin throughout my life, and this year I finally decided it was time for me to do something about it. After doing a copious amount of research and comparing several different fat removal methods, I decided to give Elite a call to schedule my consultation. During my hour-long complimentary consultation, I was first greeted by their fabulous consultant who addressed all my questions and provided me with a thorough overview of everything to expect before, during, and after the procedure, along with pricing. I then met with the surgeon so he could assess how much volume I had in my chin to remove. Lastly the consultant gave me exact pricing based on this. The entire consultation process gave me the confidence that I was at the right place, and I made the decision to proceed with scheduling my procedure. I arrived and was taken into the pre-op room where the nurses made sure I was completely taken care of and fully comfortable, providing me with comfy socks, a robe, garments to change into before the procedure, and reiterating the specifications for the procedure which was about to happen. The surgeon came in, drew target lines over the areas on my chin, neck and jowls, and once I gave the final okay, we got started! The first step was numbing the area. During this process that took about 5 minutes, I felt a very mild pinching. I'd say about a 2/10 on the pain scale. During this initial step the nurses asked me what music I'd like to listen to on the Alexa, and I was given full control of the aux for the duration of my procedure-which helped me fully relax. It's amazing! After the numbing fluid had sat in for about 15 minutes and my neck and chin areas were completely numbed up, the surgeon created the tiniest entry points, (0/10 pain) I was truly amazed at how small of an entry point they had to make. That's the minimal scarring part of this equation-this biopsy punch is 2mm, literally the size of a mole I have on my lower neck, and it will blend right in once fully healed. Within the next 15 minutes, I watched as my chin fat moved outside of my chin and into airtight container behind me. It was an absolutely monumental moment for me to see an almost immediate reduction of volume in my chin area, after so many years of wanting the fat gone, I almost cried with relief. Crazy thing is, the Airsculpt tool itself actually FELT GOOD!! It vibrated lightly and felt like just a light massage. Once all the volume was removed, that was it! Once I left, my pain level was literally sitting at about a 1/10, and I felt completely awake, so my friend offered to treat me to get Thai food at Bangrak in Seattle to celebrate. And with me feeling absolutely fine, of course I said yes! The fact that I was able to fully function, with virtually no pain after getting the literal fat removed from my chin and get dinner out straight afterwards was truly mind blowing. Modern medicine and technology (Airsculpt in particular) are extraordinary. Fast forward to the days/1 week after surgery: Their phenomenal nurse Emily followed up with me one day after my procedure to ensure I was doing well-and told me to call or text them personally if I had any questions or concerns in the near future. The first 48 hours, I had a tiny bit of swelling around my neck. It wasn't painful but just felt like pressure. I went to work the literal next morning after my procedure with absolutely no issues. At night, I was instructed to sleep with my head slightly elevated (just took two pillows and propped them against my headboard). For showers, I was given a sterile treated sponge to clean under the garment for the first 48 hours, which I used on day two. Fast forward to today, one week later. I just received my 1-week post-op phone call from the nurse, who was ecstatic with me and for me to hear that everything is going swimmingly. Every day after the 48-hour mark I've been showering regularly with no problems. Those 2mm entry points are completely scabbed over and are literally barely noticeable. It's only been one week...I can't wait to see what the next few months look like as my body continues to adjust and my skin continues to tighten to show my full results. I am advised to wear the compression garment for another week (2 weeks altogether) which won't be a problem since it's very comfortable, and appearance wise it's giving Balenciaga RTW 2018. Overall, I am utterly, completely satisfied with how the initial consultation, pre-op, procedure and post-op process went. I am beyond impressed with all the staff at the Elite Body Sculpture in Bellevue, who made sure I got all the information I needed, treated me with the highest standard of quality and the results ARE ALREADY exceptional. I had my surgery on Dec 13, 2023 and my final check up was July 13, 2024. Going into the surgery, I was told i would l have excess skin, so that was what i was expecting. While i think the surgeon preformed the job accurately, I think there a severe gap when it comes to after care. I called prior to my surgery and asked about lymphatic massages and I was told that wasn't needed. My concerns regarding blood clots were dismissed until I brought up the fact that several famous Black women have died because of blood clots. I did not get the surgeons after care instructions until 30 mins before my surgery. The number 1 thing the surgeon listed was lymphatic massages, so 30 mins out i am trying to schedule a massage (very very stressful). My 1 week follow up was originally schedule for virtual but I called and asked for it to be in person because it weird to me to go through surgery and someone just wants to talk to you on the phone after. Prior to my surgery I had dropped 25 lbs because I wanted make sure i was building a healthy habit prior so I can continue post surgery. The surgery took about 10lbs off then I lost an additional 10lbs on my own. When it was time for my final check up, I was expecting to have saggy skin and I was okay with. What I ended up with is severe scaring that has a lumpy effect. The surgeon seemed completely indifferent regarding the results. So yes they removed the fat but unfortunately the result i not something i am happy with. I am not sure if I wasn't a good candidate and they werent honest about it or if I missed something in the after care. I followed the post care instructions to the best of my ability once I got them ($500 on additional faja's, $1800 on massages). Air sculpt intentionally shows you the best results, if you still choose to go with them, I suggest you ask for some of the worse case photos (you may see mine). read more

Very disappointed! Maybe by myself as well since I regret my decision. Last year, I had waist 360, back lipo and BBL at Elite. The total cost is over 20k, but the results have been unsatisfactory, greatly impacting my quality of life: 1.Uneven Skin. Even though I wore the compression suits for 3 months, much longer than the two weeks they suggested. No short tops for summer anymore. 2.No change in my measurements, not even 1cm. Same waist measurement as 70cm. I am still wearing the same size pants and they feel the same. 3. 10+ Visible Entrance Point Marks all over my body. Still using scar cream and leaser treatment(extra cost). 4.Wasted time, money $20,000+, and efforts as the results were minimal. I discussed a revision with Elite, but going through it again is daunting. There is no money compensation for the result. Also, The revision must be done within two years(counting from the first procedure date, but you need at least one year to recover from the first one!). It is really hard to make up your mind when you know these side effects might happen again. My ask to extend the timeline is refused. They also didn't reply when I asked what to expect if the revision fails again. At this moment, there is no way to make the situation better. I wish I could spend this 20k elsewhere. read more

He said that I didn't have enough skin for a full tuck and he had full confidence that I would be happy. A few months after surgery, my skin did look a little tighter and the lower fupa was gone. I am now 10 months postop and the renuvion (skin tightening) has completely worn off and my skin looks wrinkly and terrible. I did go back for a postop consultation and Dr. Bullis recommended I go somewhere to have a full tuck. I already had spent $15,000 here I don't have the money to go spend another $15,000 getting a full tuck. in my opinion, it is not worth the money. I created an account sent photos, and requested a high level estimate and more detailed information. The interactions with the office staff felt like a combination of a used car salesperson or a time share where you have to commit to an appointment before they will send you anything. Then, after repeated requests I was told my reaction was alarming. Yep, I was very frustrated and requested that the manager contact me. Again, ignored and more judgements. After 48 hours of wearing the compression garment for my neck, chin and jowl lipo, I was able to finally see what magic had taken place during my lipo treatment on Saturday. Wow! I'm swollen but I can see my jawline! I haven't had a jawline in years. I've always hated my side profile due to extra fat sitting there causing a double chin and no jaw line. I'm beyond happy with the results and its only going to get better! Dr. Bullis is great. Being awake during the whole thing (which doesn't take that long) was a little weird at first. Dr. Bullis and his staff make you feel comfortable and at ease. I wish I would've done my arms at the same time! I'm going to schedule that next. Love Airsculpt, love my results. One week post procedure and I continue to be super happy with this business. Results are coming along and it's only been a week which is extremely exciting. The only reason I am giving this review 4 stars 5 is because I feel that it's so unfortunate that after having the technology for this procedure to be minimally painful the most inconvenient part is the garment! I was not fitted in before the procedure just asked what size shirt I wore, so the garments have been very uncomfortable and not in the areas of possible swelling but it's clearly not my size. When I brought this up to the nurse for my one week post procedure call, I was asked if it was tolerable or if I could tolerate it one more week. It's a $21 purchase on Amazon, so I'm not upset but it just seems like it could of been a better experience if I would of been sized accurately. Anaid and Dr Bullis continue to be amazing and you can truly see they love and enjoy their job. I would continue to recommend! Update.....again Elite body keeps surpassing my expectations. I felt heard about my concerns in regards to the garment. They are going beyond to make sure the garment problems don't happen for others. My experience with Elite Body Sculpture has been good- the office is very modern chic and the staff is very friendly. I had a lot (A LOT!) of questions, before and after my procedure, and the team did a pretty good job answering them, patiently, which helped calm some of my nerves. The procedure itself (Arm & Upper back Lipo) was not very painful at all, the recovery process is more 'annoying' than anything. I am a week out and I am still a bit sore, but nothing too crazy. I can't say much about my results as of now, but Dr. Bullis seemed to be well seasoned in this area so I am anticipating a great outcome. read more

I just wanted to know pricing and when she finally told me it was so ridiculously high I was astounded . Not having much fat on my body I was surprised it was so high but then I realized they decide which areas they want to do and only give you pricing for those areas, not for what you want to do. She also told me the reason they cost so much more than a normal plastic surgeon in the area was because their surgeon only specialized in doing laser Lipo but, had also just told me prior to saying that the surgeon in the office also had his own private practice where he did other things ... so which one is it ? Friendly staff and beautiful office! It was a bit hard to locate but the decor and ambiance is stunning. I had been wanting to take care of my arms for a long time but as I've gotten older, it seemed to be just stubborn fat that wouldn't go away or tighten. When I came across their website it seemed intriguing so I followed through with a consultation where I met the surgeon and the lovely staff. I was able to book my surgery date about 2 months after my consultation. I was sooo nervous on the procedure day but everyone was so kind and trying to make me as comfortable as possible. Once I received my meds, I calmed down very quickly and everything seemed like a breeze. I remember thinking to myself that I would definitely do this again and the hardest part was getting over the anxiety of the procedure. I'm now 2 months out of my surgery and feeling great! My arms were swollen at first which was normal but now they're really taking shape and I see so much less droop/sagging and more importantly fat - I have arms I can feel confident with again. I had such a wonderful experience here. I came in for a consultation- after loosing tons of weight, I wanted some help with stubborn areas and possibly wanted some opinions on loose skin. Shelby was working the front desk and greeted me with a warm welcome and provided forms for me to fill out, she was thorough and super kind. Soon after I had Anay come grab me from the lobby, literally such a beautiful personality and contagious smile- she got me so excited about considering body sculpture. Before she had me meet Dr. William Bullis she thoroughly talked to me about my goals and what i was looking for. Genuinely giving me her advice and opinions which was nice, not selling me but giving me perspectives and something to think about. She took me back to the consultation room where I got to meet Dr. William Bullis- I'm very self conscious about the way I look and very very shy, he made me feel so comfortable and literally was the kindest person ever. I not once felt embarrassed or ashamed. Soon after my consult, literally two days after i left the office, I found out I'm expecting- my first pregnancy. So I have decided to hold off on procedures at this time. This does not mean I won't do it, just means that it'll be a year before I actually get my procedures done from Elite. But...
