Consistency is what I always look for! The Ivyland location is more for the family in my experience. The location near Costco is more relaxed and where the owners are usually available.

First, the penne vodka tasted of no shallots or garlic- bland & again, undercooked. And, next to the pomodoro? No taste. Didn't they have any other pastas? Why use TWO penne's & why place them side by side? The portion was ridiculously huge! It was delivered in a 9x12 aluminum baking tray. No flatware, no napkin, no roll (They send a 5" personal pizza instead?!), no receipt. And the worst part? Yelp said they were open until 9:30, but when trying to call to complain, there was no answer, but I was asked to put in a remote code. I wanted a credit. Perhaps I can reheat some of the food with some spices & herbs & make something edible with the visually unappealing & 3 woefully tasteless, undercooked pasta dishes. What a waste of money. What a shame since this restaurant has a good reputation for many years. Perhaps the chef had the night off? Or perhaps they have strayed & lost their passion for cooking. P.S. I called the next day & spoke to the manager (said he was)... his basic answer was 'that's the way we serve it' & 'maybe you should come in & try it in the restaurant since it's different when delivered.' I said that I wasn't interested in paying for the same dish again - he offered nothing! I confirmed with 'so that's your answer?...you have nothing to offer?' Okay. My answer? - I won't be back.
