They have an assortment of raw meats that you get to choose from and they cook it as you order it. That means you'll wait 15-20 minutes but the food here is worth the wait. I ordered the chicken breast plate with a side of garlic sauce. The chicken breast was juicy and tender. The garlic sauce on the side is a MUST. I also asked for some slices of lime/lemon on the side and they were generous enough to put some in my bag. The people working there were warm and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone in the area :) Im removing one star because my portion of chicken breast was a bit small compared to what I'm seeing in the photos from other yelpers.

Cecina I only get to enjoy when I go visit my grandmother in Mexico. They make tons of it in her city and ship it to different locations so I get my fair share of it when Im there but here in the states if you find it, it wont be the same. This meat is super thin, almost see thru, a bit salted, and oiled since its so lean. You basically heat it up on a griddle (for us it's a comal) for literally a min or you can leave it a bit longer and it'll crisp up and have a kind of beef jerky consistency. But oh soooo good. Oh you need to get a few avocados from here. They are huge and perfectly ripe. You wont be disappointed. Its worth checking out. Please support our local small businesses.
