We also ordered the Yuk Kalguksu (육칼국수) and Gun Mandu (군만두), and everything hit the spot. The Yuk Kalguksu came with such a generous portion that I happily finished the noodles, enjoyed some of the rich, spicy broth, and still had enough soup and beef to box up for another meal. Talk about a bonus dinner! The mandu was perfectly crispy and paired so well with the refreshing, chewy jjolmyeon. For us, a restaurant earns a spot in our regular rotation only if it checks three boxes: delicious food, friendly service, and cleanliness. Hodori easily checks all three. In fact, I came back after work the very same day to pick up dinner for the family (because one visit clearly wasn't enough ).
