I did not have an appointment for the pedicure, so I completely understand having to wait for that. I am not complaining about that because that was my choice. By the time 12:00 p.m. rolled around, I no longer cared about getting a pedicure. I was perfectly fine with just having my nails done because that was the appointment I had actually scheduled, and not booking a pedicure was on me. My issue is that when my appointment time came, I was told I would still have to wait because there was another client ahead of me due to the salon being behind from taking walk ins. At that point, I had a scheduled appointment, and I should not have had to wait another hour. If appointments are consistently delayed because of walk ins, then there is really no point in making one. This is not the first time this has happened. I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but this has become a pattern, and it is very frustrating when you schedule your day around an appointment only to end up waiting well past your reserved time. Unfortunately, this was the final straw for me. I really like the quality of their work, but I am not willing to schedule an appointment only to wait an hour or more after my appointment time.

There are some big pluses and a couple of minuses. It is a clean, quiet uncluttered Spa like salon. they always honor your appointment time. There is no yelling back-and-forth in a foreign language. When I left the salon, it has been almost one month and there are no chips, no flaws it really is amazing. I also got a deluxe pedicure which also looks as fresh as the day. I got it unless you put your eye right on my toe. The service is wonderful. They really pay attention to what they're doing. The biggest drawback is that they are twice as expensive as the place I usually go. A new feature which they did not have the last time I was there is : they nickel and dime you to death. If you have gels, it is extra to take the gels off that you have. They have a good selection of colors, but then another special selection of colors that are extra. No massage chairs. It is sort of bleacher seating so the patron is elevated. My balance is a little off so I had a difficult time negotiating this. They do not do your manicure and pedicure at the same time. They accept walk ins but for more popular techs like Amie, Tracy and Brian you should call ahead to make an appointment because their schedules fill up quick! And for good reason!
