My first time going here and WOW. I was looking for a nail salon to get a pedicure and found this place by looking on yelp and saw great reviews. I have been to many nail salons and this place is my new favorite one. I did a walk in appointment and got sat right away. I got the service Gel Pedicure which was $45 (GREAT PRICE). That service included... gel polish, foot/leg massages, hot towels, stone scrub, and salts in the water. I had the nail tech Kim and she was amazing! I've been coming here for years but the last two visits were dealing with breakers. Previously I came in for a mani pedi and the woman giving the manicure had tar scented cigarette breath but hear was worse, my fingers wreaked like a smoker for hours even after washing several times with hot soapy water. Most recently, during my manicure, they dropped the til they were using on my nails and it landed on the floor. At first they put it on a towel and used another product but then picked it up later to use it. I asked 'is that the same one that fell on the floor?' And in response was told 'I can get another one if it is a problem?' So I asked 'is it ok with you to use one that fell on the floor?' And the response was 'we are running out, but I'll get a new one if that is better for you'. Went for a basic pedicure and it was the worst I've ever had. She was filing my skin, she was coughing openly, no mask, sounded like she had a chest cold or something. Filed my nails square and jagged had to ask her to round them. Lotion was gross, and the massage was like torture. She messed up my big toe and tried to cover it with top coat and I had to ask her to redo it. In 2021 I got my nails done for the first time for a wedding. I wasn't blown away by the result of my nails. I tried to be nice and accept it at first. Some of my nails were missing polish on the sides, polish was on my skin, and some polish was uneven. I did what I could to scrape it off my skin. I went back to show them, and while the lady who did my nails was nice enough to redo them at no extra cost, EVERY other woman working there gathered around me to question my reasoning. It was like being interrogated. I'm sure they were talking smack behind my back too. Very uncomfortable. Hello? It clearly looked awful. Don't treat your customers so poorly. I'm a tomboy and if I even think you did a sloppy job, own up to it. I could have done it myself for free and it look ten times nicer. Went for an acrylic removal. The ladies were so nice but the service was horrible. They did not soak and just ripped the nails off using a extra acrylic and pushing it under the nail. The lady punctured my nail bed (see picture) and it hurt badly. And these are my nails after a "manicure". I'm sure others had a better experience but this was mine. I'll be sure to go to a more acrylic experienced place next time. read more

I've always come to this salon since it's really conveniently close to where I live. I've usually had a so-so experience and every once in a while a bad outcome of nails or pedicure. Decided to treat myself to a pedicure - mind you I usually do my own bc I am particular about having my toes cleaned up really well. Today was the last straw.. I gave 2 stars bc they took me right away and most of their staff are nice. I wasn't asked what kind of pedicure I wanted, the woman who did it didn't clean up my cuticles, clean under the nails or really scrub my foot at all .. she cut them, barely filed them, slapped some oil on my cuticles and buffed them. She didn't properly remove the nail polish that was previously there. The massage was pretty non existent and the entire service took less than 20-25 minutes, including painting my toe nails (no hot towel). Sad to say that I won't ever be back. I'm going to a wedding tomorrow and will go home and give myself a pedicure. $28 service for nothing. :/ this isn't the first negative experience I've had there but wanted to give them a fair shot before writing a bad review - something I rarely do. read more

I've been going to this place for almost 2 yrs now and never really had any complaints until now. I always said this place was my favorite when it came to pedicures, but yesterday that all changed. About three months ago my boyfriend and I went in to get pedicures. Everything seemed to be fine until the next day when I noticed some time of allergic reaction on my his legs(I figured he was allergic to the scrub they used). The rash starts off looking like some rash and within a few days they start to look like blisters( white heads)We weren't to sure if that was the reason so we didn't say much. Yesterday we went in again for pedicures and decided to give it another shot and decided not to do the delux pedi to avoid the scrub. To no surprise, my boyfriend's legs broke out again... Only this time so did mine!! We aren't sure what it is but we assume it's one of their products that they use or some unsanitary issue. There is no way we are both allergic!!! Heads up. read more

My daughters went to go and get their nails done yesterday and they were so rude to both of them. My oldest daughter who is 17 was treated like she was 5. Lady was pacing back and forth while my daughter was trying to decide on a color. She clearly told her when she walked in that all she wanted was her nails painted. When she sat down to get worked on the lady pulled out her acrylic set and my daughter said "Oh I'm just getting my nails painted" the lady said well you should have said that from the beginning. Then when she did pick out a color, the lady told her that the color that she picked was not going to look good on her. What the heck, who says that. I came to get a pedicure, mind you I have been getting pedicures at least once a month for the last 25 years. Never have I ever had someone make me bleed from my cuticles on my toes ever. The gal that did this didn't even say anything and was trying to hide it. After she finished knowing she cut me and got blood on her tools she just put them back in her little tub and didn't take them to the back and sterilize them. That is the worst thing ever. Well my first Yelp review for a nail salon! Lisa was very nice; however her work was not. She cut my cuticle to the point that it bled. The color was nice but poorly done. There was parts of my nails on my right hand that were not painted at all. The top coat was slopped on and dried onto the edges of my cuticles. At the tip of my nails underneath was a lot of extra paint. The skin on the front of my nails on some fingers was painted too. I tried removing most of the under nail paint before I took the photos. You can say I'm frustrated. 30.00 plus 5.00 tip was not justified in her work. My post is not personal but simply based on work product. read more

Saturday I was cruising around thinking I treat myself and get my nails done. I remembered this place from my many trips to the Vons market across the shopping center. I didn't feel like driving too far so I went to some place closer to home. Now I have to state i don't like giving bad reviews. Usually I just say forget it and walk away. But I am so unhappy about the manicure I got I think it's necessary. My over all experience here wasn't the greatest. I had a woman try to force acrylics on my hands and then I got a pretty terrible manicure. The file she used was extremely rough and left all sorts of little bits. They kind of feel like a weedwacker was used on them. My french tips are incredibly uneven in thickness and shape, the line is really sloppy on the bottom edge. The top coat that was used was soo old it only went on crazy thick and has massive bubbles in it, it was like alien spit. The manicure ended up taking forever to dry and within a couple hours chipped. The next morning most of the top coat had separated from my nail making it look like my nails were peeling off. Considering the quality of the manicure I got, I am really upset with how much I paid. I would have been better off just asking a drunk hobo to do the job- it might have been better and certainly would have been cheaper. read more

I've been going to Kayla every 3-4 weeks for my acrylics and she is amazing! I promise you that you'll always be satisfied. After the first visit I had with Kayla, she's never forgotten my name, which I thought was so impressive based on how many clients she has. She also recommended buffing my nails instead of using a top coat or gel overlay because I'm a hair stylist and she noticed I would come in and my nails were stained from color. So Kayla, the professional that she is, decided buffing would be the best! So I went with it and they are amazing! I don't have to go in as often to get the stains removed, they look shiny and stay shiny til I'm ready to come in again, and I'm saving a little money because of it! Can't beat that!
