I was asked if anyone could do my pedicure and I told them I didn't mind another doing that service. When I got there for my appointment, they asked made sure I could have anyone do both services and I said that I had scheduled the manicure with Kim and pedicure with whoever was free. They said okay and had me start with the pedicure. The woman was nice and I was happy with the service. When it came time for my gel manicure, the same woman (not Kim) started doing my nails and I told her twice that I scheduled with Kim and she just said okay both times (I think there was a language barrier with her). I basically gave up on the fact that I wouldn't have my manicure done by Kim. The woman that did my nails had to call over someone else to fix the shaping of my nails at one point (I wanted almond and the tip was heavily to the left on a couple of nails). The salon looks nice inside, seems clean, and I think I would have been really happy had I had the service with who I asked for. My manicure is fine (some bumps and some overlap on my cuticles). I think if you are just looking for an everyday manicure or pedicure, you'll likely be happy here.

I waited. 6:30 p.m. Still nothing. 6:35 p.m. Still nothing. 6:40 p.m. Still nothing. At 6:42 p.m., I asked, "What's the point of paying 20 percent of your bill if they don't respect their own '20 percent policy' when you're late? They keep your money and then bump you." It's incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional to ask for 20 percent upfront and then be lazy about keeping track of their own appointments, especially when they charge 20 percent upfront for them. In all my years of getting pedicures and manicures, I have never been charged a 20 percent fee upfront. And on top of that, I'm left wondering what the point of the fee and the appointment is if they don't honor the time. If they are this lax with appointments, I can only speculate on the shortcuts they employ in providing service and maintaining quality. When you charge a fee for a service upfront, you must deliver on your promises. This is not only disappointing, but also problematic.

I got the Level 1 tier 45 min for $40 with callus removal with an additional $7. The basic pedicure was exceptional quality as it included a warm water bath, light scrub, general hygiene clip & clean up, light massage, moisturizer on feet & calves and a warm towel compress. The color options here are phenomenal as well and will have something for everyone including gloss & chrome. I probably could've done without the callus removal because although it helped, it didn't quite remove the volume of the callus so I probably would just take care of that over time on my own. I walked away the salon with a beautiful color, very well trimmed and shaped pedis, EXTREMELY smooth feet but not that much work done on my calluses. The level 2 pedicure comes with an extra pre packaged scrub. The level 3 pedicure (volcano pedicure) comes with an additional pre packaged bonus scrub with several steps of skin pumice and additional treatments/scrubs. Overall meets expectation with a flare of fine quality execution~
