Warning do not come here! Still working on a crown 8 months later. Do not come here. I have not been able to bit down on rite side of mouth since this lady touched my broken tooth and recommended two crowns. Here we are 8 months later and i have to go back in to get new ones, this is ridiculous. Let me just start out by saying that Dr. Huang, Amy, and Tara are GREAT at what they do. I've felt so secured with a set group of people when it comes to my smile. The fact that they also make you feel comfortable and break down every process that they handle is an amazing feeling. Dr. Huang makes is an AMAZING doctor and always notifies you on every procedure down to the tools she uses and even the shots being used. Amy her assistant is always on point with everything and I love how she doesn't even need Dr. Huang to tell her on what to do unless things change with the procedure. They are thee best pair when it comes to fixing your smile. And then you have Tara who is always up to date on contacting everyone and making sure everything is to their best ability. Dr. Huang is AMAZING!!!! Last week I had my initial exam. Super easy to schedule, Tara, who works front desk is very sweet and informative. The office is very clean! The team is very prompt, I didn't have to wait long to be called back. Amy, the registered dental assistant, brought me to the back and took full photos and X-rays. What I appreciate the most from this office is the technology. I was able to see all my records on the t.v flat screen in the dental room. Then, the best part was meeting Dr. Huang!!!! She's very personable, always had eye contact with me and made me feel so comfortable! The reason why I came to her is because one of my amalgam fillings, which is 15+ years old fell out!!!! Conveniently, her office is close to my job, and her schedule worked with mines. Dr. Huang did my dental cleaning, and she even squeezed in time to fix my filling that fell out! Amy the RDA was patient, detailed in her explanations of what she was doing and made me feel comfortable. Doc Vivian did an amazing job for my first time visit. She takes her time and explains all the steps she will be taking you through on today's visit. It's very interactive with screens to watch to show you your teeth and gums in color. The cleaning was very thorough. My teeth feel so clean I don't want to eat. She explains how to maintain your teeth and gums which is important. I've been a patient of Dr Huang for a few years...from when she used to practice in the south bay. Now that she has opened her office in Antioch, I still make my way out there to see her. Its a bit of a drive for me from San Jose, but it's totally worth it. I dont think I can trust anyone else with my teeth. Her office is new and clean (which is a must for me), and she takes the time to talk with you and listens fully to your concerns. I really feel like she genuinely cares about my well being.
