I noticed yesterday (Saturday) there was a very slow drip. I placed a bin underneath went to sleep woke up and it was partially full. I called Roto because I needed the service today and not tomorrow. I was scheduled for today within a 2-hour window for my zip code. Guy, the technician, was great. He quoted me a price, went to get the cartridge that needed to be replaced and returned quickly. I also had a water restoration technician, Rolan, come out as well. I explained the water leak that had occurred from the drip down to the other unit was going to be taken care of by that owner and I would just pay for the materials. He provided information regarding condo insurance and what his work would cover. Guy showed me where my water turn off was located. He completed the work within 20 minutes. He went over the warranty for labor and not the part because Roto-Rooter didn't provide the part. He said the company would be willing to work with me in case there's a future issue by discounting the labor. I found a coupon on their app which he honored as well. This is my first time using this company and I am satisfied. I highly recommend from the initial call to the professionalism of the technicians. I got text updates as well. (should u choose that option) I'm going to look into their annual plan of $249 which would cover any future visits if needed. Parts may not be included, though labor appears to be. Cheers!

They ultimately took shower fixture off the wall that was taped to the wall. I am stunned. Here is a before and after. Nothing to repair as they said my shower head and wand was undamaged. They said I would get the wand attached after the they were done but they did not. They told us there was 1 part that cost $20 and that was all they needed to use. Then on the receipt they up charged that part to $60. Overall $800 to take tape off my wall. Insane

Called him back and he blamed it on the toilet which he said was a great toilet the previous visit. The supply line in the kitchen he cleared, the faucet has a lower flow then before the debris entered the line from work being done. The flow improved but not to the original flow rate. Instead of removing the cartridge in the faucet and flushing out the debris, he recommended replacing the faucet. He looks for opportunity to maximize his charge instead of the best solution. Double not good. Aug 4, 2025 update I got someone else to come by. He removed the toilet and cleared the line. Problem solved. He also removed and flushed out the kitchen faucet valve and restored the water flow to same as hot water. So it is not hard water build up. In other words, he came in and finished the job that Shawn started but did not complete. The zinger is, he charged 1/3 less than Shawn.

We've been dealing with a horrible faucet fixture leak that was causing basement flooding for…read moreweeks, and American Home Shield had to send out three different contractors to get the problem fixed. The third one was USA Plumbing, and by the time they were assigned, it was a constant daily problem where we were mopping up water every hour or two and dealing with huge messes overnight. They initially were only available the next day, but I stressed the urgency of our problem. They offered a 3-6 pm slot and then moved it up to 12-3 pm after we got AHS to expedite the dispatch. The technician himself was great, he communicated well and found the problem fairly quickly. We did end up with some extra out of pocket costs because the home warranty didn't cover gaining access to the pipes and replacing the broken pipe, which is more a problem with AHS than with USA Plumbing. We settled on a fair price for the extra cost in the end, and he was quick to address the situation. Within two hours, we were able to turn our water back on without a leak, and he said he'd come back for a future appointment to do a rough patch job on the access hole he had to cut under our sink. Overall, I'm very pleased with USA Plumbing's end of the work to get through this ordeal, and I'm thankful this is (mostly) over with now.

USA Plumbing came out to diagnose an issue with our water heater pilot light not staying on. We…read morehave had to repeatedly relight the pilot, which is why we requested service. The technician simply relit the pilot and said the pilot assembly might need to be replaced. However, he then reported to our home warranty company (AHS) that the problem was resolved and claimed the pilot was going out because a cover was missing. That cover has been missing for over 10 years, so that explanation does not make sense. No actual repair was performed. Relighting the pilot is something we already know how to do, and it did not fix the problem. Despite this, the warranty company was charged as if the issue had been resolved. When we tried to address these concerns, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive instead of trying to help or clarify the situation. If they did not know how to fix the issue, they should have been honest so we could seek a competent plumber. Overall, very disappointed with the lack of proper diagnosis, transparency, and professionalism.
