I don't write reviews often because of my busy schedule but I don't mind taking the time when a product/service really stand out (either good or bad), which is why I am writing this. I have been dealing with Sean at DialNet for a couple of years. During that time he has replaced my camera, battery, and keyboard on my Blackberry Classic (yes - I still use a Blackberry for business). I recently had my keyboard replaced with Sean and the first replacement he received was defective (which clearly wasn't his fault). So he took the keyboard off another old phone he had in his store to provide me with a temporary solution while he ordered me another one. I then came back 2 days later when he received the replacement part and he swapped in the new keyboard and took back the one I borrowed. That's just one example of my very positive experiences with Sean. An added bonus is that they have WiFi that customers can use while waiting. So I brought my laptop with me and did work while I Sean fixed my phone. I don't know how their prices compare to others, as I have never shopped around, but in my experience their quick turnaround and high service level make DialNet my go-to place when either my phone or my wife's phone has any trouble. read more

this is a good place to bookmark in case sumn goes wrong w/ ur celly. i had water damage once and they fixed it for $40. only problem with this place is service is not always quick. that time i had to wait for the tech dude to come back to work. had to keep callin in and checking...is he here? is he here? today? how bout today? this time my swivel phone came apart and they told me they did not have the part and would call me about it. no phone call. oh well! im gettin a new replacement for free! but no doubt i would've paid them if they had done it on the spot for me or given me a phone call b4 i got to the verizon store. u snooze u lose. read more

The people who work here are polite, and quick with their work. The service was good. Sadly the quality of the screens are pretty terrible. I wanted to get my iphone 5s repaired so that i could trade it in for a newer model. I had heard good things about this place, so i trusted it. Long story short: First replacement; i was out and about early in the morning when it was cold out. I put my finger to my phone and a spiderweb crack appeared in the bottom right corner. I took it to them upset that the quality was poor and i was told i would have to buy another screen, and that i could not get a discount. I understand that they might have thought i was lying as a customer might do. Thinking i got a dud i continued to take my phone back 2 times after the first as my replacement screens would always glitch up and make actions when i was not touching it. I took my phone to apple and they said that "NO it was not my motherboard" as the workers at Dialnet had said. The replacements would crack at the slightest drop even onto a material like carpet. Completely disregarding the strength of the screens my father went to get his screen repaired and had the glitch problem too. I am currently stuck with a phone that has become UNRESPONSIVE TO THE TOUCH wherever there is a crack. PROS: NICE WORKERS CONS: THESE SCREENS ARE VERY VERY CHEAP QUALITY TEND TO GLITCH read more

My phone had a cracked screen. They said it would be no problem to fix and they would have it ready for me the next day. After four days later, they called me to pick it up. When I got there they had replaced the screen with some after-market screen. On top of that the touch screen wasn't working right. I told them, but they said "that's the best we could do." Be careful, these guys are scammers. Avoid them at all costs, but if you must go with them PAY ONLY WITH CREDIT CARD NOT CASH, so if they mess up your phone and shove you out the door like they did me, you can file a credit card dispute against them and WIN LIKE ME! It's funny, I bet they will reply to this with a false response to cover their business name! read more

What the fuuuuck this shop is!!! I broke my screen and took it to here for repairing. They charged me $79 for a new screen and $20 for the HOME bottom. However, after they fixed it, I found my light senser didn't work! So that I need to go there again, and they said it need a extra $35 for a new one!! Because I have no idea of it, I have to pay for it again. The fucking point in coming: after that my screen turned gray!! They said it was the problem of the screen, they promised to change another one for me. But it waisted me 1 more hour!!! And the second fucking point is coming: I think it was done this time, but now the POWER bottom was too sensitive!! Just budge a little, yes, I don't need to press it, just budge, it performs like I pressing it!!! The shop is fucking!!!! And their components' qualities are extremely bad!!!!!! These guys fixed my phone, which wasn't charging properly. They saved me hundreds of dollars because I didn't need to buy a new phone. I later returned to deal with another issue, and again, they were great. The second time I decided to sit and wait there couple of hours while they worked on it rather than drive home and back...and so, for two hours I sat there as they they interacted with other customers. People of all ages, and all levels of tech-savvyness filed through, and with all kinds of problems. The staff was uncommonly polite and respectful and careful with explaining things to each person. It was clear that a number of people had come in multiple times over some period with different phones, different problems, and had a good relationship with the store. They weren't pushy, either, about selling things. Just straight forward. Anyway, the bottom line is that they did right by me, and I sure liked how they dealt with other people. read more

They said my phone needed a new LCD (screen) and to come back in 2 hours. I returned in 2 hours, my phone was fixed; it cost me $141.00...cheaper than a new phone for sure...but still a little steep, since according to Amazon, the part is only $49.00. Though my phone was working, some things just weren't right; and since I'm not all that android-savvy, I was at their mercy. The calendar was 45 years off; it read 1970. The guy in the store fixed it. The images, screensaver and photos all looked like negatives of a photograph. He said it was because I had an unactivated SIM card. They didn't seem too concerned about that, so I had to figure it out myself, which I finally did. They're nice enough, (they weren't rude, but they didn't seem too concerned either); the work is good enough (like I said, it was cheaper than a new phone), and I would probably use them again, but it wasn't a 5-star experience for me. In other words, if there was another type of store in town with the same quality of work, I would go there, if only for the customer service. (I would pay more for 'better' customer service). I guess customer service really makes or breaks it for me. As another reviewer reflected, if you're looking for someone to hold your hand through the whole experience, it's not this place. I totally agree with him. But, to be fair, as I said, they fixed my phone in the time they said, and it was much cheaper than a new phone. So they did deliver...just not to my (unreasonable?) expectations. read more
