When I explained that my appointment was for Saturday and that this was an error on their end, they completely refused to take responsibility. Despite providing zero written or email confirmation when the booking was made, they blamed me for their administrative mistake and charged my card anyway. Blaming the customer for a clear scheduling error on their own team is pathetic customer service. The management here is terrible, and I would never recommend this spa to anyone.

You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. Amanda asked me if there were any areas she should focus on and also let me know I could let her know if I needed her to adjust the pressure. I've been getting massages in the San Jose area for years and Amanda is the first masseuse to ever ask me those questions. They also did a layer of heated towels between the sheet and the blanket that was magical and again, not something we've had done in other massage locations.
