Great service! I needed my Nissan Murano seat fixed. The frame was broken and it wobbled back and forth, felt like I was going to fall out every turn. The dealer wanted to sell me a whole new driver's seat for at least $2,000.00 plus labor. Diamond Auto Center fixed the car seat by welding it back together. A quick fix for about 95% less than what the dealer wanted. Took in in at 9 am, and it was done at 12:00 pm! Ready to get all the other body fixes done as soon as I can. read more

Thank you Diamond Auto Center for your great and quick service. My right front low beam light had been out for about a week and I feared going to the dealer would put me out between $100 and $200 to change out what should be a simple and quick fix. I popped over to Auto Zone on Macarthur in Laurel and purchased a T1 low beam light and showed up to Diamond Auto Center without an appointment today. Their mechanic immediately got to work and I even got to help him (which is a major bonus in my book) and finally after 40 minutes, the low beam was swapped out. I didn't realize how much of a pain in the ass it is to replace a low beam bulb but Diamond Auto Center did an excellent job and they only charged me $25 so with a $5 tip, it cost me about $37 (including cost of new bulb) to replace the broken low beam bulb. I am truly impressed with Diamond Auto Center and thankful they are in the neighborhood. read more

I noticed that my front blinkers were extremely dim and barely noticeable in daylight. I visited 3-4 local businesses to see if they can fix it and all of them seemed to have been looking at the wrong problem. They would either tell me to come back for further inspection that can take several hours or that they simply could not fix it because they'd have to remove my bumper/headlights to get to the solution. Turns out, the blinkers were actually a really easy fix (at least for Ahmed)! When I visited Diamond for the first time Ahmed was there to greet me immediately. I told him the same thing I told the previous businesses and he accurately estimated the cost and time to get my blinkers done. Half an hour later and my car was ready to go! I decided to wait there while they worked on my car. Ahmed asked if I needed water and was generally very nice. I also had a missing rim cap and although they didn't have a replacement for purchase at Diamond I was referred to a place where I could get service. I felt that Ahmed really cared, which I always appreciate from any business no matter the service. I'll definitely keep Diamond in mind if I need anything auto-related in the future! read more

The undercarriage of my car came down while on the freeway. It was scary but luckily Diamond Auto was close by. Ahmed had me back on the road in just over an hour, with a very reasonable $60 repair. It's not often that you develop an emotional connection to a car shop. I found out about these guys when my car's back door flew open on an interstate trek. My neighbor took me here, and after about 20 bucks, it was as good as new. I've taken my car here when it moaned every time I turned, and that was eighty bucks. Once I took my car here because I thought there was a problem, but there wasn't and they didn't charge me anything. As a young woman with a car, these guys look out for me without being paternal or patronizing. I feel so secure entrusting my car to them. This is the first place you should take your car when something goes wrong. They make car ownership so much less scary and expensive, and I'm so so so lucky to have found them. Picked up my car yesterday following a little fender bender last weekend. Ahmed and his crew made it new again, functionally and aesthetically. His big concern before work commenced was repairing the bumper without the need for a respray which would double the cost of the repair. It is evident that the people here are concerned about the car owner. When I couldn't pick up my car in the late afternoon due to work, Ahmed offered to stay late to let me pick up in the evening. I forgot to bring the license plate holder (not a big deal: only two sets of screws), but they insisted I call or bring the car back if I had issues with the plate installation. 6 months ago in a rain storm, I ran my wife's red Highlander into a wall- scrapping the rear quarter panel severely. After months of nagging by my wife, I finally took her car around to get quotes on the repair. At some point, a friend of mine recommended I check Diamond Auto Center after receiving various quotes of $3800 from a places on Broadway. Took my car by and Ahmed looked it over - gave me a great quote of $2000 to fix the panel and repaint the entire side of the car, all in 5 days. When we went to pick it up, I noticed that the "Limited" sign was slightly askew. Ahmed quickly noticed the slant and offered to repair it at no charge. To make a long story short, my girlfriend got in an accident and the insurance company called it her fault. Now, that can be debated but in the meantime, we had to get her car fixed so she could feel comfortable driving. This meant we were paying out of pocket because she only had liability insurance. We didn't need it to look brand new but we did needed the plastic bumper reattached and the metal bumper bent back into position. Ahmad, the shop owner was very nice and down to earth. He worked out a deal for us, got us back on the road, 1 day turnaround, unbelievable. They did what we asked of them for a reasonable price. What more can you ask for.
