I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this salon, particularly with Jenny. I received a gift certificate and decided to use it before an upcoming vacation. After reading positive reviews about Jenny, I booked a gel manicure and regular pedicure with her. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. Jenny was unfriendly and seemed irritated throughout the appointment. I specifically requested that my cuticles not be cut, yet she repeatedly cut and filed them with a drill, causing discomfort despite my repeated requests to be more careful. I also had difficulty with the nail color selection. I chose a warm orange shade, but the color applied was a bright orange. When I pointed out the difference and asked for help finding a similar warm shade, Jenny appeared frustrated and told me to choose another color myself. Since the display colors did not accurately match the actual polish colors, this was difficult. Eventually, she suggested a darker red shade, which I accepted simply to move forward. Although she repeatedly assured me that she would "take care of me," the service did not reflect that. I even requested that someone else perform my pedicure, but she insisted on doing it herself. Once again, my cuticles were cut too closely. While I do not get my nails done often, I have had much better experiences elsewhere. Basic services such as properly cleaning the hands and feet, filing rough heels, and applying lotion seemed rushed or overlooked. Overall, the service felt minimal and far below what I expected from a salon called Luxury Nails. Sadly, this experience left me disappointed and unlikely to return. read more

Ive been here last summer and all was really good. Since then I had foot surgery and explained that my ankle does not turn or twist. She kept trying anyway. My toes were cut. But the one thing I can't stand is when all workers were speaking in their language. My feeling is that it is so rude. When it came time to pay gave my credit card and was told only zelle or cash, I saw no signage that says that. Even on the yelp it does not say anything. I had to do zelle and was getting ready to walk out the door and she stopped me until she called someone to make sure I actually paid. Not cool. I felt odd, treated like I was doing something wrong. I love my nails! I wanted a minty green color and to have a butterfly style for the ring finger! The nail tech did a good job & I am glad I got them. They're kinda pricey for the style/color... but other than that I didn't get any cuts on my fingers unlike some other places that weren't careful when they file your nails... I would recommend it. After 5 days of doing my nails all deeping powder peeled off, I went there and they "fixed "all my nails again for free, because of the Mickey Mouse job they did before, but unfortunately the new job was done even worse, the polish on my pinky cracked after two days, the polish was uneven and bubbly all over my nails. Love this place! I have frequented many salons and you can always tell how well the place is ran based on the atmosphere. If the technicians are happy with one another, it shows in their work.
