DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Everyone here is rude. I asked for all my pricing up front and with my design hearts. When I went to check out they up charged me $10 more dollars. An elderly lady asked for the ac because it was hot inside the nail salon. Everyone ignored her request. I even asked for the air and was ignored as well. Finally the elderly lady pleaded and asked for the ac . Then all the workers started becoming rude and finally put the ac on after 3 requests. I feel the nail techs don't understand the owners pinky, middle finger, and thumb. I have to explain four time what each finger is called. The elderly already booked her eyebrow wax before I even enter for my appt. Apparently my nail tech was the only person that could wax customers. An employee then told the elderly lady oh she right there she is almost done. I said " no she is not almost done at all." I then suggested that someone else finish my nails and have my nail tech do the elderly lady wax. My nail tech GOT ANGRY & said No! I was washing my hands and another employee was doing the elderly lady wax when an employee said that the only person that can do wax was my nail tech. SO WHY IS AN EMPLOYEE UNLICENSED WAXING AN ELDERLY LADY????? Oh my pictures show how my nail tech DID NOT TAKE HER TIME. Nice ladies but awful work :( I got my eyelash extensions there & paid for my mother in laws I asked them to let her choose what set and they didn't give her that option. Her lashes started falling of literally the next day & the lash tech applied the lashes too close to my lash line and made my right eye swell up the next morning , i tried going in the next day but the lash tech wasn't there they told me she'll be there within the 2 days. I couldn't keep them on that long because my eye was just so irritated and swollen that it was starting to hurt. My nails they didn't put the top coat so the nail polish started to peal within the next week. Bummer I paid $240 total for awful work. read more

Arrived for a pedicure at 2:40 on a Monday afternoon. The shop was quiet and empty, I was the only customer there. I was greeted by a kind woman. She called the tech to do my pedicure. The water was lukewarm, I like it hotter, so I asked for it to be warmer. She added more hot water and it was perfect. The pedicure chairs were simple yet comfortable. In fact, upon observing the seating in the shop, most of it was giving clean, simple, minimalistic vibes. The gel pedicure was listed at $42, which is a great price. Coming from Vegas, I usually pay between $40- $60 depending on the type of pedicure I choose. The tech spent ample time cleaning my cuticles, sidewalls, and shaping my toenails, which I appreciate. The massage wasn't much more than rubbing lotion onto my calves and shins, but for $42 you can't really complain. I'm sure there's an option for extra massage, but I didn't have much time to spare. Overall it was pleasant, she didn't nip or hurt me once, which is nice! However, during the pedicure, she did get up and leave the shop with car keys. Didn't say a word, didn't say she was coming back or that she had to leave for a minute, so I was left sitting there like... ummm???? She was gone just a few minutes and came back but still, a simple "I'll be right back" would have reassured me. Their signage says tips must be paid in cash, though when I paid, she asked me if I wanted to leave a tip on the card. I posted a few pics from the shop. Aside from nails and pedicures, they also offer eyelash extensions and lash lifts. Overall, I was happy with the service and the value. If I'm ever back in Pomona, I'll go back. read more

Honestly I read all the reviews about this place before I decided to take the chance. It had some bad reviews but I think you really should pay attention to those bad reviews. It's not the place it's people that are difficult writing all these bad reviews. The place is very nice and clean. Excellent service all the staff is friendly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I went to this place a few times because it was the only one near the place i was staying at (walkable distance). Gel pedicure 2 times and gel x 2 times. Starting off with service IT WAS HORRIBLE they were soo rude and mad all the time. Even though I paid for a pedicure and gel polish on my toes they barely did the pedicure and straight went into gel polish. They were treating me in a very unprofessional manner as if they were looking down on me (maybe bcs I'm asian and young) but the lady next to me ( white older lady) was getting the same pedicure/gel polish but she started getting extra treatment even tho we were paying for the same service. She got the hot towel, scrub, essentials oils/ scented candle and they are doing her mani and pedi at the same time. Mean while i was just sitting there none of that candle, hot towel, massage, scrub just straight to the polish and no small talks just got them painted and left. Mind you before going in i asked for the price they looked like they were just spitting out numbers from the top of their head. I asked for a I couldnt decide between a solid white or hunny bunny type of shade so i just asked for a milky sheer white and she said thats gonna be extra $15??? Like what its just a simple colour they already had nothing special same brand as the others but suddenly +15 i said oh no thanks and just got the white. Gel x experience was even worse. I wanted medium coffin shaped. She said NO NO NO Ill do short one on you its okay. So i just said okay... started sizing the nails on my nail and when she applied few were crooked, few had air bubbles ( came off pretty fast), didnt blend well so after growing out for a few days you can tell the fake nail on top of my real nail, veryyy poorly shaped, made me bleed many times, did not see them use a sanitized tools( just dusted the old powder from the nail drill and tools from previous customer) and worst of it all 1 nail was a completely different design (she used almond tips for 9 fingers which already the sizing was off from my actual size then used a wide square tip on one finger) and size so it looked soo bad compared to the other nails. I mentioned to her about it but she started giving me attitude and told me oh well too late look i shaped them it looks the same ( it sure did not looks the same). Take away - treats people differently depending on their looks and how their dressed - very bad skills - very rude - overcharge you - horrible service read more

Came in for a basic pedicure and she did not treat my toes, buffer or smooth out my real toes, because she believed I had acrylic because of how healthy my toes were and she wanted to charge me extra to remove what she believed to be acrylic. Last minute treat from my friend for my birthday, I got treated to a pedicure. She called to ask if they could fit in 3 pedicures, they were able to take us right away. We were greeted on arrival, taken to the spa chairs and the ladies started immediately. I got the lavender pedicure which included callus removal and a lavender scrub which smelled amazing! I asked if they can remove the old fill and put a new one as it needed it my fill was already falling and the lady told me no. (Normally when I go she isn't there so I was shock) And proceeded to do my nails. I was paying for my service so yes I got upset but just stayed quite. When she finish i ended up paying $55 I went home and saw my nail I knew it was going break or fall from how it was. Well less than a week it fell. I went back told the work what happens to my luck it was the same girl that told me no. She fix but she still charge me again. So far I have been here twice. Once during the week, on my lunch break. I got a gel mani/ pedi. I think they knew I was in a rush because I kept asking how long and they asked if I was on my lunch break. I said yes and they said no problem, 35 minutes. Boy oh boy were they right. I had a perfectly done gel mani / pedi, callus remover and the massage. I didn't feel rushed, they even got the massage in. I've been to nail places where the nail tech had all the time in the world and the end result was bs, this place was wonderful. I loved my nails! I'm so glad I last minute decided to come in before a vacation. My nails looks amazing for weeks. Today I have come in for my second appointment, this time with an appointment and once again they are wonderful! So detailed, kind, friendly. I love coming here and I don't live as close as I work but they are worth the extra 15 minutes to get here. They also provide other services but the place is clean, and there are 5 tables for manicure and 6 seats for pedicure, so perfect for you and the friends to get your nails done together. The place is conveniently located next to the 57 frwy, with plenty of parking and a Starbucks and donut shop conveniently next door. I highly recommend! First time I go to lulu nails. The lady that did my pedicure seemed to be new. I was not satisfied with my pedicure. She barely touched my feet. I asked for my sister to have her nail polish removed and she did gel they charged $30 for the removal and gel nail polish.. they stated they didn't charge me for a design they put on her nail .. but I never asked for their sticker design. We will pay for the service but $30 for a 15 min job When I questioned the $30 they played I offered we didn't charge you the design.. excuse me I didn't ask for it and clearly they are charging for that price. ***NAIL FUNGUS**** Please be aware! Hygiene warning!!! I have been coming here for years and since they have changed ownership, everything has gone downhill. After getting a gel manicure, I removed the polish, and discovered that I have 2 nails fungus on my thumbs. No solution, just soak in vinegar, and when I asked to speak to the owner, all I can hear in the background, is we don't give refunds and then they hung up the call. I tried calling back, and now they will not even pick. What a disgraceful business practice, no apology or acknowledgment. DISGUSTING!!! Never again!! Stay Away!! read more

I really wanted to give this place a shot as it is very close and convenient to my home. I've been here 3 times and each time I was hoping for a better experience. The ladies are kind however there's an elder lady in particular that I'm not sure should be doing nails, she's made my nails crooked twice and I've been too embarrassed to say anything and thought maybe it's just me but other people have agreed that my nails were crooked. The third time I went I was with a lady named Sonny and she was nice also. I got an acrylic full set and when she started to glue my nails she didn't glue the tips of my finger nail but instead the middle of my nail so they began to lift in between. The acrylic and my natural nail had an open space. I usually go down the street to David's but I wanted to give this place a chance. Overall will not be returning unfortunately. Once again the staff is great but not impressed with the outcome. And I've paid $90 for the first 2 and didn't get anything fancy, the last one was $70 and I got cat eye so I'm not sure why the price fluctuated. Also if I'm going to pay that much for nails I would like a hand massage. Other places do it and it's great but this place doesn't. I know sounds weird but I kind of look forward to those after getting my nails done. They don't add lotion or oils after and you would expect that considering the price you are paying for the service. read more

Under new management which does not know the meaning of customer service. Went in for pedicure and gel manicure. Picked a color, the pedicure was good but expensive at $50. The gel manicure was horrible, the manicurist used a machine to get rid of the old gel on my hands cut my nails, used a brush to get rid of the dust and proceeded to apply the gel, she never washed my hands, did not push back the cuticles and did not trim my cuticles. After gel she applied oil and lotion. After my pedicure I realized I had two completely different color on my hands and toes. The toes were a dark mauve which is the color I picked but my hands were pink. The owner did nothing to resolve the issue. I will not be returning. read more
