He was at another location for many years but He recently moved here. I love this location as it is close to highway 65, the Galleria mall, and other businesses and restaurants in the area. There is also plenty of parking at this location. Before Sam moved here, I would get to his shop early before opening so that I could get my haircut early and head on to the rest of my day. There would always be a line of loyal customers waiting for him. Many of them tell me stories of being Sam's customer for over 20 years. When you see so many loyal customers, talk to them, and seeing them line up early or wait inside, you know that he is a great barber. With online appointments, it so convenient now. Sam always remembers my haircut style and those of his regulars. He always gets my haircuts perfect and spot on. He's very friendly, always smiling, and is a great conversationalist in sports and current event topics. Sam has been my barber for 3+ years and you better believe he'll be my barber till he retires or I move. Give him a try, you won't be disappointed. Westpark Barbershop lives up to the expectations. I made an appointment with Hanna, the shop owner and a licensed barber. Hanna is an expert and that is clear from the minute he gets going with your appointment. He asked some detailed questions about how I like to get my hair cut, and when I was not quite sure what I wanted, he walked me through some options. Hanna is really committed to running a quality business. During our chat he told me he only hired licensed barbers because he wants experts working in everyone's hair. Unlike chain locations, he treats his employees well and that is why he has low turnover with his barbers. That is important for me since I don't like it when I have to get my hair cut by a different person every three months. We talked about all kinds of stuff during my cut and he made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely return to this place and encourage those of you reading this to give the shop a try.
