Forget the price of the engagement ring that I bought at her store, or the fact that she made me feel false confidence in her word that I bought the wedding bands for myself and my fiancée. She truly is a sociopath. But when you basically call my wife to be , mother, and future mother in law "LIARS," that's when I realize this is not just a horrible business, but an idiotic business owner. I'll ask again, how do you say a ring is a size 8, when it feels tight and confirm it is not an 8, but a size 6 with every other measuring tool and other professional jeweler you take the ring to. Not only was the ring small, but the crown base the stone sits on was sold to us as having multiple small diamonds on it. But my fiancée even told AZI when when we picked up the ring after resizing that, not only did it feel small, but that there were less stones on the crown base. AZI assured us that the ring is the same and that there were no more stones than what both my fiancée and her mother had counted the time before. Mind you, again, we checked with other jewelers and even bought our own size measuring ring kit to confirm that in fact... AZI gave us a 6.1 sized ring, not an 8. How can there be such discrepancy? AZI obviously acted confused and said there was no way that to be true. Well AZI, between believing you and believing logic and the masses, I'll always choose the masses. You are a horrible business owner and the fact you tried to defend yourself with calling these these royal ladies liars and excuse it with whatever BS you gave me, shows that you don't deserve anyone's business.
