They are really good at getting everyone through as quick as possible and had over 6 people just cutting yardage. After you get your fabric cut, you go to a second line to pay, but I only waited about 2 minutes. I guess just timed it right. HINT: they have the full price fabric up by the front door. Skip that and head to the piles of fabric towards the side and back of the store. The only thing I couldn't find there was on brand fabrics like Hello Kitty and the Nightmare Before Christmas. As if their prices weren't low enough, they have a bargain area in the back of the store with even lower prices and other specialty materials like vinyl. Plenty of parking as well.

The fit is made well, size is Asian sizing XXL = to US L or 10/12 . In my size there were not much choices to choose from . Plenty of selections for size small -medium . The elderly lady was patient and help me with finding sizing and different patterns . Unfortunately pricing was too much for me for an outfit I like but not love. They have a huge selections of fabrics for a custom fit Ao Dai . I didn't ask for pricing , just know they do offer custom tailoring for Ao Dai outfits .

She did our measurements incorrectly and we had to get the pants and shirt remade AND SHE DID NOT COMPENSATE US FOR HER MISTAKE. We had to pay to have it redone. She kept on telling us she made the ao dai "standard size". How is a custom made ao dai "standard size"?!? It should be made to fit the person. Additionally when we came to pick them up, she told us we did not pay yet! When I had a receipt stating that we had paid in full!! She also lost a pair of pants that we gave her to fix the size that she got wrong. She lost it and did not give us our money back because we already pre paid. Terrible con artist. She scammed us! I LOVE my fabric: It's the traditional red with gold embroidery of the dragon and phoenix, but the under layer is white. It's not completely covered in gold embroidery like a lot of fabrics meant for wedding ao dai. It's the perfect fusion of the traditional elements, but with a modern twist to it. Plus, I got a discount since the owner is an acquaintance from my dad's military days. SCORE. Note: The the address on Yelp is not correct. I found AA Mini Fabrics on accident when looking for Silk Image, so they must have moved.
